Good and tough course
Nice course, lots of dogleg holes and narrow tree lined fairways and elevation changes. Come prepared and enjoy!
Excellent facility, getting better
The new ownership has done an excellent job of improving the overall conditions of the course and playability. It's really great to see a course being taken care of and constant improvements. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The course itself is set up to play for all ranges of capability. It's a fun course and a short drive from the Twin Cities metropolitan area. Recommend it highly.
If you haven't played it in awhile, you should
Timber Creek gets better every time I play, the new owners are constantly upgrading and fine tuning. Best value in the Metro,.

tight
felt confined with in the course. Just felt very tight. Also need to add the location of roads and driveways on the score card so you know where the are in relations to the holes.

Cart paths very rutted, fairways ok, lots of dandelions but greens in good shape
Slow and Unhospitable
Booked this course to give it a try as I had never played it before, course conditions were ok but far from great, my biggest problem here was with the pace of play (3 hrs and 15 min to play 9 holes)
I wasn't even able to finish 18 holes due to it being so slow and I was playing by myself, the course had no rangers to keep play moving and I was waiting 10 to 15 min to play almost every shot...i brought this up to the club house after I called it quits and the lady inside responded by saying well maybe next time you shouldn't play by yourself and you won't have that problem....wouldnt recommend this course to anyone after my initial experience
Rained out
Not to say, it was a short round due to weather. Course was in good shape and greens were rolling fair. Cant wait to get out there again the play.
Excellent value
The improvements at Timber Creek are beginning to show. I expect it to only get better as the summer goes.
Love the course layout. Use the senior tees which I like. They are always updating the course. Price is great and the staff is always helpful and friendly
Great course for the value from the western suburbs
Majors improvements are being done each year to this course. You definitely have to play it more than once to appreciate the complexity. One of the best value memberships in the west suburbs of Minneapolis.
A gift, a round of golf on November 7th in Minnesota
Timber creek is always a great value even without a hot deal. On a weekday, pace is low key and you feel like you own the course. It is not the best course for evenly groomed fairways but the two year old new owners continue to improve on new tee boxes or other course upgrades along with club house features and new carts.
It is one of my go to courses.

everything was great. Pace of play on back was slow. Threesome in front of us should have let twosome go.
Great golf value and very friendly staff
A very nice golf course that has really been improved over the last 2 years under new ownership. If you have never played there before (or in the last 2 years) you should definitely try it out.

Great Value
The course is a great value. There are a view blind tee shots that will be easier the 2nd time around.

Great Day of Golf with Father in Law
Took my Father-in-Law to the Course, a bit of a challenge but not impossible for him. We knew we were chancing the weather, but with the Golf Now discount thought it was worth it. The course was in good shape, we played well and finished the 10 hole when the rain came. We could do rain check or wait out the storm. Ended up waiting 2 hours, since had a good round going. Finished up, and course took the rain pretty well. Father-in law had best round in years. Everyone was Great to deal with!
