Too early in the season for an accurate reading
I loved the layout of the course, but because we were playing in early April, most of the fairways have not greened up yet. Dry and brown yielded significant roll. Greens had recently completed spring aeration, so they didn't give a smooth roll. I liked the layout of the course overall, and I believe in a month or so it will be a very nice course to play.
Great Course
Great course to play. Challenging, but not too hard. It’s always in good shape. Staff is great
Fairway not in great condition.
The last time I played here 10 years ago the Fairways had been tore up. They are still under construction.
Unannounced aeration of greens.
When we showed up to play our round we were informed that we had to play the front nine twice because the back nine was being narrated. The front nine was extremely crowded because players word diverted back to number one along with those who are starting their round. Extremely crowded. Greens on the front with a freshly are rated and sanded.
OK FOR THE PRICE
PRICE WAS VERY GOOD,GOLF COURSE WAS A LITTLE DRY ,FAIRWAYS WERE ROUGH. I HAVE PLAYED HERE IN THE LATE SPRING AND IT WAS MUCH BETTER.
Pointe Royale was a fun course.
Enjoyed winter time play. Not always rewarded for what appeared to be a good shot. VERY slow play. Other than that, really enjoyed the day.
Great day on the course
Fun course to play. Relatively short course. On a couple of holes, you can hit what should be a decent shot only to see it roll off to the side of the fairway. All in all a fun course.
Nice track for get away round
Was only one on course. Maybe 34 degrees might have had something to do with it but the day turned sunny and had enjoyable round. Short course making good confidence builder. Would play again. Love the par 3’s. Course winds through houses but nice layout
Cold round
The weather turned cold on us, but we'd already paid. So we bundled up and had the course to ourselves for a nice practice round.
