Pointe royale
Really liked the course. Had some challenging pin locations the day we played. Several greens have two tiers. Greens were a little rough but not un-playable. Lots of hills make for some blind tee shots. Staff was very friendly. I would recommend this course to anyone in the branson area looking for a place to play.

Course was in great condition, wasn't to busy could get a round in a good pace.

Very enjoyable round on this course. Played this course last year in the "HEAT" of summer and it was still a fun course. Recommend this course to anyone that loves the sport.
Pointe Royale CC, Branson MO
Found the course on GolfNow. Set up an 8:20am teetime as the temperature was in the 90's in Branson, Missouri. Pro shop staff was wonderful, confirmed my reservation and the price from GolfNow. No driving range area, only a net, but I chipped and putted that was allowed on their practice green and that was "ok" with me. I was paired with another single golfer and together was allowed to tee off @ 8:00am, ahead of a local league group. The course was beautiful, nicely landscaped, playing 90 degrees with our cart. We got ahead of the group and never had to wait for any shot. The greens were lightning fast, but I prefer that condition. It was a hot day but a great day. All holes are unique with their own scenic circumstances. It was fun and I would recommend/play it again. The day was even brighter with the fellow golfer I was paired with.
Not happy at all. I booked this tee time for my family reunion. We arrived and even though I had a copy of the reservation they did not honor the tee time. They were very rude and told us that they had a tournament that day and that they would not honor the tee time. In addition they did not want to help find a nearby course to help us. They said that it wasn't their fault, that it was your fault. I would like my fees for both tee times reimbursed. One of our group drove in from Chicago just to play. This was a complete mess. I will call to file my complaint with Golf Now. I did want you to know that the pro shop person was very rude.
Not long, but lots of up and down. Challenging.
I enjoyed the round. 20 handicapper and shot 89 from the white tees. Lost 3 golf balls.
Because of the altitude changes it plays longer than the yardage.
Great little course!!
Course was in great condition! Played harder than it looked. Could have used a beverage cart and better size selection in the club house.Vacationers like us love shirts front he courses we play. Would have bought a couple if they had anything bigger that a XL.oh well another time.....maybe....still a nice course and right next to where we were staying.
I liked the course
the elevation changes were interesting. the greens were excellent! I will play whenever I am in Branson.
Not long but challenging.
Course was in better than fair condition for this time of year. They have had a lot of rain and it sprinkled on us but we were able to finish. Lots of hills so it was a little tiring for a couple of 79 year olds even with 90 degree rule. Really a pretty area with homes well kept.
Point Royale
Well maintained course, several holes have water alongside,carts restricted to paths I assume because of recent heavy rain,challenging enough for my handicap(20) situated in a very nice golf community. Best course overall that we played while in Branson
Good round
They had had lots of rain and the course was a little wet but really enjoyed it.
Now open all 18 holes. Played longer than the yardage because of wind and wet fairways. Greens excellent, medium-fast, but true. Friendly staff. Good value as a Golf Now "Hot Deal".
Typical
It's the typical problem inexpensive courses, overplayed and under maintenance. No grass in the fairways, we were actually better off playing out of the rough. All in all it was fine but nothing that I would drive out of the way to go to.
Nice course
Good layout , kinda blew that it was cart path only being hilly . Carts had GPS which is always a plus. I would play again
Should have went elsewhere
For my first time playing Pointe Royale, I was extremely disappointed with the fairways. Way too much dirt and rough patches in what should have been grass. It seemed to be consistent throughout the 18 holes and the pace of play was very slow with no sign of a course Marshall. I will not return to this course until things improve.

We share our tournament schedule with GolfNow and typically they do a fantastic job blocking off these days for us., but it appears that day was not blocked properly.
