Surprise
For a public course that gets an extreme high level of play, I was very surprised about the excellent conditions. The course is short and flat, but still has its challenges requiring good shots.
Greens
The greens are usually on the fast side, today they were soft and slow. Different.
Best of the Season.
My wife and I played for $14.00 ea. + convenience fee of $6.98. The course was in the best shape of the season. It wasn't to crowded and pace of play was good. Usually, it is at least a 5 -51/2 hour round but, today it was 4 hours! For the price I would play this course everyday
Nice course
Course is always kept up well. The rough a bit too much, but I attribute that to all the rain. Nice all around course.

Great greens and fairways and overall in great shape.
Love the white tees as I am 60 and not too long but challenging.

Great grass
Great location near the highway. Forgiving course with some hazards. Greens and fairways were well taken care of.
Underrated course is a great track to play
For the recent weather conditions I was surprised at how well manicured the course was and how fast the greens were.. always a fun course to play.
Fun Course
Ignoring the wet conditions that every course had to endure, this layout forces you to be club conscious as fairways end 3 Wood and force you to carry to 270 to the next one. Just enough creeks, fairway bunkers and greenside bunkers, but large enough greens to compensate. Greens were solid! I would love to see how this course plays out when dry/prime summer. Tee-off Ranger was very friendly and I will assuredly return to this course. They have a cart girl on Sundays in April! First one so far this year I've had. She is very pleasant. Also they have "Player Assistance" crew acting as part light maintenance and rules gurus. Great idea! And they're not out there to harass golfers. Just an added bonus.

User Friendly Course
A favorite local course that I like to play early in the morning. Always in great shape. Have been coming here since the early seventies! The groundskeepers do a great job. Pro Shop staff friendly as are the starters. Course is fun to play from the white tees. Normally my buddies and I can get around in under 3.5 hours.If your looking for a wide open leaf free course in the autumn, this is it!
