Golfer Reviews
Excellent place
Of course was in very good condition all the people were very friendly and overall had a great time, a very nice public golf course
Great course
Great course lots of challenges and a lot of fun to play
Good value
Course was in decent shape. An overall good value and nice course to play.
Range balls are balls that I’m guessing the staff finds around the course. Most of the balls in my bucket were very old and in terrible condition.
Great coarse all the way around
Such a beautiful coarse. I highly recommend. Great value. Great staff.
Great Value
I love to play Emerald Vale it’s such a well designed course; fun, yet challenging, rewarding, and punishing. I appreciate that even of the tips, this course makes you think on the tee. It’s not just a “grab your driver” course.
Played many times, will continue to. Actually don’t listen to me. Don’t come, it smells funny!

Condition is bad
The course condition absolutely does not justify the increase in the cost of play
Mid summer round
Overall good and enjoyable day of Golf. Some slow golfers that were playing a pga tournament in their heads. Don’t know why they do this.
For the most part greens were in good shape with some bad spots on a few of them. 85% of fairways were in good shape the others had rough spots that could use some fixing reseeding. They’ve made improvements in the sand traps but coyuse sand with smaller and fewer rocks.
The T boxes were pretty bad and really need to be worked on/ upgraded. Still an enjoyable day on the course.
Little known gem
I live coming to Emerald Vale. Such a fun layout. They’re having a few issues on some greens, but I look past that thanks to the overall neatness and standard through the rest of the course.
Needs watering; better maintenance
Play this course at least once a year; and was disappointed with the course. The tee boxes had no watering, and were in poor shape; several greens had really bad spots; and the fairways were not receiving the needed amount of watering. Normally this is a soggy course, but not right now.
