About
Formerly known as the Players Club at St. Louis, Crescent Farms Golf Club has undergone more than just a name change with a major course renovation that included lengthening the fairways and reconstructing the bentgrass greens. The course has a parkland layout with mature trees lining the fairways and plenty of water coming into play throughout. There are also numerous strategically placed bunkers that appear along the greensides. Golfers will come across several risk-reward opportunities where good course management and accuracy are the key. One of Crescent Farms Golf Clubs toughest holes comes halfway through the golf course. The par-4 ninth hole begins with an intimidating tee shot protected by two fairway bunkers, a hazard to the left, and tall native grasses to the right. The challenges don't end there either, golfers are then faced with a second shot to a heavily bunkered, sloping double-tiered green.

Great course in west county St. Louis
Course is challenging and fair. Reasonable cost and great layout. Condition is consistent thrift the years
Crescent Farms
Nice little course! Great staff but pace of play was rough! Granted it was cart path only but had to call ranger as 3 groups on one hole and ended quitting after 9 to avoid 4.5-5 hr play!
Nice public with consistent quality
This course never disappoints me. Played here a few times every year. Different length tees for all skill levels. Challenging and fair. Staff are great. Not as snobby as a few other public’ tracks in St. Louis metro area (I could be wrong since haven’t played there recently)
Shaggy greens
The green speed was quite disappointing. So much so that I could see the grass blades growing sideways to create grainy bent. Lower the mower blades please! I’ve played all the other Lewis Rd Eureka courses and the green speeds have been superior. Other than that all other course factors and staff were wonderful.
Great place to play
Course is in great shape and staff is great as well.
Busy and bad pace of play
Course was super busy and pace of play was rough. We were waiting on a group behind us while getting pushed by some college aged kids in front of the ranger. We all play pretty quick, and was extremely aggravating to be waiting on our second shot for a team on the greens, while having people tee off and balls landing around us for 14 holes until the finally pushed the team up. Ranger did not intervene or say anything and should have told them something. Not a fun time. That being said, friendly course, and would play again during the week day and work hours.
first time
I was very impressed with CF. First time playing. It was very wet. Despite the conditions, the greens rolled true but slow. Cool layout. Tough course from the tips for sure.
Not Friendly
Staff was not friendly. I Received zero notifications of the course being closed for the day. I will not consider playing there based on my initial interaction with the staff.
Good condition for time of year
Great condition for time of year, greens were really nice and rolled well. Fairways were all nice as well.

This old guy wouldnt have played if I knew it was cart path only, my knee is screeming at me!
