Had to wait 15 min to check in as 8 guys ahead of us and only 1 worker.
Eldon golf club
For the price, you'll be hard pressed to find a better value. I booked solo, and had a really fast pace of play. Two foursomes were very observant/courteous, and let me play right through.
Overall, the course was in great shape with only two small gripes.
1: restrooms, while it was awesome to have some out on the course, they were pretty nasty.
2: a couple greens were not in the best of shape. I also don't think many people that play there know how to fix a pitch mark. A lot of the greens were filled with pitch marks/divots
All in all the course was an amazing value, was setup in a way that was really fun, and I'll definitely visit again.
Very good time gelreat staff and just all around fun to play. I will be back soon thanks Eldon Country Club for a great round of golf.
Apparation
This course us usually I good shape and fun to play. They were top dressing greens (unavoidable) so they were a little tough to putt. Real issue were tee boxes. Beat up and ground so dry and hard could barely get tee in the ground
Love the course. Front side pretty wide open. Bombs away. Backside demands more accuracy. Best value in LOTO
Great value needed some water
1st time playing, I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, and the course layout was nice. It was a mid-upper 80s day at the Lake. The course layout was good I enjoyed the challenging holes especially the par 3 from the golf tees
The course was rock hard however and it took me a few holes to realize nothing will stick on most of the greens. On #12 my cart was hit by a ball from the range which I feel is way to close to holes 9 and 12. Be aware
Overall with a little water and some TLC the conditions are easily fixed. I enjoyed the course and for the value in a Saturday, you can’t beat it. I will play again
Poor scheduled tee times
I had a 1215 pm tee time and I showed up at 1130 when it was time to tee off there were 4 groups on the tee box in a line waiting to start their round. Also allowed a fivesome to tee off ahead of the smaller groups such as myself who was playing solo just very poor execution. I have had mostly great experiences at this course not today

Great value
Greens were in very good shape. Fairways were excellent. Tee boxes were fair. Played as single. Every group in front allowed me to pay through except the last one but there were only 5 holes to go when I caught them
Range was in good shape and range balls were included in fee. Will definitely play again
Great layout and good condition
Great layout and the course was in good condition. Fairways and greens were in excellent condition. Fun course to play for the average golfer.
Nice course!
Played the front quickly but when we got to 10th tee there were 2 groups with 6 players ahead of us with beginners and rain on the way so never played beyond our tee shots on ten. Don’t know what to do to be able to get a rain check!

The course is in great shape and we were never pressed in our play.

It was very hot...no water out on the course. The ruff is made up of weeds. The course is over rated. After reading the reviews I booked a foursome....disappointed!

Found a great deal on golfnow.com and was definitely worth it!
Warm and sunny
Course was in great shape. Pace was a bit slow when you got to the back 9. Some bigger groups. Still a great value for the money

We really appreciate your great review. Over the last four weeks, we've had irrigation issues as one our our main pumps has be inoperable. We do have another one on order and it should arrive in about 4 weeks as the machine shop has to customize the build for our system. Over the next four weeks, we are combating this issue with running a night crew to handle the proper water consumption for our facility.
