Old School Golf at its Best
Played here for the first time today. What a treat! Course uses natural lay of the land for its design which is classic. As stated in previous reviews it’s hilly and challenging but extremely fair. Bring your best shot making abilities and creativity for playing here. Really enjoyed the peacefulness and beauty while playing.
The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Holly was super nice and took the time to explain the course layout.
The groundskeepers were also very respectful and were working hard on maintaining things. Great job!
The little things also make it enjoyable such as birdhouses and flower planters throughout the layout. Improvements were also being made such as a new deck on the clubhouse. Thank you to the City of Florissant and the entire team for such an enjoyable experience!
Beautiful, cool, challenging
This is really a beautiful course with a TON of rolling hills. But those rolling hills make it challenging in a really fun way! Plenty of blind shots for those that like them. Slanted fairways can help you or hurt you. If you’re looking for an easy, super forgiving course, this isn’t it. But if you’re looking for a fun and unpredictable challenge, look no further! Pace of play was awesome early in the AM, feeling neither rushed from people waiting on you nor bored while waiting for others. A few rough places in some of the fairways, but overall in good condition. Greens were really well maintained. Staff was very friendly. Carts go faster than 2 mph!!
Course is downgrading
Course looked to be neglected all winter and not very many staff members working to make anything seem like it had promise ,about the only thing that was right was the pace of play and that was probably everyone was in a hurry to get off of this attrocius golf course.
Great for the price
We all enjoyed the course. It was challenging but playable.

Love this course
One of my favorite places to play. Great staff, Sam the pro is always nice. They keep the course in great shape, keeps getting better since Sam came in about 3 years ago. Do yourself a favor and play this course. Well worth it.

Fun Course, Worth Playing
Challenging layout with several blind approaches.
Some fairways are very steep and elevated, some tee boxes could use steps as they are on a steep grade.
18th fairway was rough, but we did play in late October.
Would absolutely play again!

Pace delay
Everything was good except delay cause some player was slow and no etiquet.slow player involve hold or push for other player.

Pace was slow
Everything was very nice except some people moving too slow.need staff involve slower player hold up pace regular.

Good, old, course
No problems, they leave you alone and you can enjoy your 18 holes of good at a fair price
