Staff is pathetic. Upon arriving they ask “what are you trying to do?” Pace of play was horrible. A lot of beginners that don’t know etiquette. We had a foursome loop around to play extra holes and cut us off at 14. Then wouldn’t let us play through. We skipped 15 to speed things up. When we finished 18 we went back to play 15. The foursome was still on 17 and we would have finished the short par 3 before them. Staff chased us down and made us leave but allowed them to continue.
Happy
Had a great time. We were paired up with 2 young men and have now met 2 new friends!

Great course just staff was non existent when something was needed
Fairways are indistinguishable from the rough. They look like my backyard.

Nice course
Rolling Hills is a nice course. The fairways and greens are well kept. Some of the women's tee boxes were soggy as we have had a lot of rain. I really hope they do some work on the cart paths as they really need it.
The 4* rating must be dated.
The 4* rating must be dated, artificially stacked, or people who play here don’t have a lot of good references to judge by. I’m currently playing 50+ courses in the area that rates 3.9* and above and through at least half. This was the worst course so far on my list.
Only positives - people were cordial, greens were in good shape and they have electric carts. But that was about it. Fairways weren’t really any different than the rough and were like playing from someone’s poorly maintained back yard.
