Poor conditions
The course is in terrible shape and condition. Tees with no grass, sand traps with no sand, fairways haven’t been watered. Not worth the money.
Great course layout. Challenging greens, course needs better upkeep. Pretty good overall though, they just need to redo bunkers and make tee grounds softer.
Normandie revisit
Been a long time since we played N. Good old’ course. We played fast not crowded 10:00am, Friday. Greens in great shape, NO bunkers, just dirt, nasty water. The rough is a ball eater. This track could be spectacular if a professional well financed business picks it up. It slowly fading away, too bad. Gorgeous setting, old fashioned feel.
Really Fun Course to Play
Great Course to challenge your distance on your clubs. Love different levels that Greens are compared to their Tee Boxes, it makes each hole challenging and fun! Great Greens! Only complaint is sandboxes, it’s more like dirt than sand.
Very nice suprise
Course in good shape in regard to greens and fairways. Traps had absolutely no sand in them and tee boxes were not up to speed. Played in twosome in 3:05.
Need a Marshall to monitor play
Multiple groups of 6 on a Saturday. No Marshall at all monitoring rate of play, leading to getting yelled at by group of 6 when my pair simply asked to play through.
Horrible tee boxes and long fairway grass. Great greens though.
Price is way too high for this experience I’ve had all 3 times here. Will not come back.
Old course, true test.
Challenging course. A true par 72 with plenty of distance for everyone. Lots of changes in elevation on shorter par 3's, several tiered greens and some very long par 5's.
Cancellation
This was a duplicate reservation and I was charged for 2 golfers when I only requested reservation for one. Please cancel confirmation#334538726 and refund my money. I've tried to reach out to golfnow by phone, live chat and email and I was unable to speak with anyone or get the reservation cancelled and a refujnd
Best Public layout in STL
Despite the rough condition in some areas the course has an awesome layout. Weekdays you can get cheap tee times and the course is often nearly empty. If you’re expecting a pga quality course have fun finding it for $25 anywhere. This course is fun and challenging with a great relaxed atmosphere.
