Golfer Reviews
Gets the job done
couple good blind shots. Couple tough greens and tight fairways.
One of the better courses I’ve played. Beautiful layout pace was very good. Awesome starter tells you about the coarse good guy. If it wasn’t an hour away would definitely play more.
Dece course, horrible people
The course itself was decent enough but the woman in the pro shop was extremely rude while we were paying and overcharged for the round. The pace of play was very slow - but that’s to be expected when you stagger tee times 4 minutes apart. I’ve played here before and wasn’t expecting it to be Pinehurst but after the experience with the folks in the pro shop today it will be some time before I’ll be going back.
Great tee boxes and clean carts
We played 18 holes in about 4 hours and 10 minutes. The pace of play was really good. What is especially pleasing is that the carts were clean. this is not a big deal but with covid this is the first time I've been in a clean cart in 2 months. The greens were undulating. Speed was medium fast. Unfortunately most golfers don't know how to repair their divots in the green. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone and play. The price was right for a Sunday.
The owner is plain rude!
I went for a tee time and was told there are no cars and I cant go out I'd have to call golf now for a refund and to not let the door hot ke on the way out....speechless never going again!
Mulberry hills
Great coarse in an out of the way place. Would play again.
DON’T GO HERE
Save your time, although the price may be cheap, go somewhere else. The course is incredibly average. There’s hardly any variation between holes, tee boxes aren’t maintained, and the greens are marked up and crowned on the edges. The worst part was the rude lady named Gail working the pro shop. She has zero costumer services skills. Won’t be returning.
Pro shop issues
I reserved tee time on golf now and paid convenience fee on golf now in order to pay golf now rate. However, when I arrived, the pro shop required me to pay their fees because I didn’t pay for it in full on golf now. Pro shop did not give us rate advertised on golf now. Do not recommend
Mulberry
Nice course for $24! Showed up at 8am for an 8:16 tee time and the gate to the course was still closed and about 10 cars waiting to get in. Checked in, and got out at 830 (much quicker than I thought we’d be out!). The gals behind the pro shop and bar were polite and helpful... grass cutting crew waved and was very polite too! Greens on back 9 fell off around the edges, and pin placements were right on the edges, but I found it a fun challenge. I thought it was a great to play! Wife and I will be back! Thanks Mulberry!
