great course
Even though the weather was less than advisable. The course was in excellent condition. This course is always in my top places to play in the omaha area.
weekly golfer
arriated and sanded greens. Not told that they were. Overall a good test of golf.
Tara hills
Great course to play am never disappointed with Tara hills
Great course for a quick afternoon of play
This is a good local course that I like to play and we were done before 3.5 hours playing from the tips.
Packed but good
I've been playing this course for a number of years and it always lives up to expectations. The only downside to this course is that it always seems like it's very busy almost no matter when you go.
The course is very well kept and brings about many challenges. There's a very good mix of trees and open space. It's a well-rounded course in my opinion. It winds through the neighborhood and offers plenty of elevation changes to go a long with water hazards in between. I don't have any real complaints about the way the course plays at all.
One negative is that the cart paths are in rough shape and something they really need to get fixed.
I will definitely continue golfing at Tara Hills until it gives me a reason not to.
Great Job!
I live in Florida, Tara Hills great job in maintaining your course. Your employees care about the quality of your course "awesome job"!
See you in 3weeks.

Very nice!
Tara Hills is owned by the city of Papillion. With that said, it does not look like a muni course. Very nicely groomed, park like in its setting. Greens were fast but not overdone. Sand in the bunkers was decent and not hard pan. The staff were excellent, we were met 6 times on the course by the beer cart. And were met by one staff member who asked if everything was going well. A very peasant day on a very good course.
slow, no ranger
Course is in nice shape. Very slow front nine, told them at the desk at the turn. It never changed and we never saw a ranger.
Great course
Tara Hills is always in great shape. Course is not too challenging. This is my go to course if I'm not playing well to get my confidence back.
Very nice course
This was the first time that I have played the course. The course was in very good condition. Staff was friendly and did a good job of getting me on before my actual tee time to insure that I would not have to wait behind a slower group. Cart paths are not in the best of shape but I was impressed with the remainder of the course. Will definitely will play here again.
Enjoyed the round
good course. good condition. recommend it definitely
Fun Challenge
My father-in-law booked for us so I'm not sure what the cost was but I thought it was in great shape. A week later I golfed it's sister course Eagle Hills also in Papillion and that was in poor shape compared to Tara Hills.
I wasn't a fan of the first tee shot, but it was my first time out there so you'll have that issue with tee shot setups. The key was to get the ball out there a ways and I was usually long enough to be passed the trouble if I missed the fareway. I had a bad case of the shanks w/my irons so I wasn't having the most fun. That had nothing to do w/the course tho.
Green's were on the speedy side and were in good shape for the most part. Maybe 1 or 2 holes that were struggling with some dead spots.
Can't wait to golf it again w/o the shanks in my short irons now. I usually hit the ball around 230-250 from the tee's so if you can get it out there it's usually in good shape.
Only thing that was dumb, was the 18th hole. Hit a mid to short iron off the tee to set up a 180-200 yard approach shot that's straight uphill. Didn't like that at all, it pretty much ruined my day but next time i'll play the hole the right way and hopefully get my bogey.
Golf this course, it's in good shape and it's a fun challenge for intermediate folks.
Great day with my son
Overall a great round with my son and for $30 on his first day of summer break, made it special I'm sure.
. Tara hills
This course was well kept and fun to play. It's not the most challenging course but still has some challenges. So it's good for all levels
