Ron Jaworski's Valleybrook Golf Club is one of South Jersey's most popular public courses. It's a local favorite not only because of the affordable rates but also for the challenging design. The diverse terrain provides the classic layout with a mix of flat and hilly holes. On some holes you can expect elevation changes from tee to green. It's a golf course that will keep you on your toes. It will test your accuracy with its narrow, tree-lined fairways and the elevation changes throughout the course make proper club selection essential. Water hazards also appear on nine occasions. The course has appeal for players of all skill levels. It's player-friendly enough for beginners while advanced players will enjoy the many risk-reward opportunities. There is also a driving range available at Valleybrook Golf Club.

Good condition considering amount of rain, greens rolled true,
Soooooooo slow
Pace of play issue every. Single. Time. I play here. It’s getting old. Not coming back in season if winter golf is this backed up.
Seven players in group ahead
I couldn't believe Valleybrook would allow seven guys to play in one group. The ranger was called and they just continued to play anyway. Finally all three guys in my foursome just left. I got to #10 and asked for my money back.
No Rangers and extremely slow POP
Title says it all but the pace of play was terrible. Nobody has time for 5 hour rounds. Make the tee times 3-4 minutes more spread out. Most tee boxes are not level.
Very slow pace of play
Every hole had a group on the tee box, fairway, and green. It took 5.5 hours to play 18. Ranger was also unfriendly urging us to play faster as if the problem was us, not the 50 groups ahead of us waiting
Pace of play never enforced
It took nearly 3:30 to play 12 holes. Did not have enough time to finish the round. Asked the ranger to come out and push everyone along but all they did was a drive by and by the next whole, it was backed up with 3 groups again.
The course was in good shape.....butt
It gives me no pleasure to clarify my use of the word butt that I used in the title. As a matter of fact a whole lot of butts need to be mentioned. Goose butts' a whole lot of goose butts are required to make that kind of mess on most of the holes here. What was amazing is we didn't see one goose all day. I must add the greens were clear but everywhere else was gooey. How bad was it, well it was cart paths only' and the goose followed that directive and did not shoot on the path. I'll be back after they start mowing.
Okay for the price
Course was okay for the discount price from TeeOff app. Buy the shape it was in was typical of winter golf. One hole the flag on the green would not stand up because the cup was messed up and couldn’t hold it up. I will probably play there again since I was in the low 80’s for the round
Slow play
We enjoy the course layout and have played many times. Due to sloooooow play (15/18 min on tee box per hole) we left after 9 holes.
Holes were open in front of first time foursome. Contributing to delays was the sharing of clubs, as allowed.
A ranger would eliminate this type of unpleasant round at a nice local course.
Good course tough greens witch we’re in great shape I live right around the corner but during season it’s a little pricey so we can only play off season
