Very nice Executive course
Very nice executive course in good condition. Pace is a little slow as there are a lot of older golfers enjoying a beautiful day in the sun. Fairways were in very nice shape and the greens were being airated but overall a nice course at a good price.
Fine until the skies opened.
tee’d off on time, 340pm, last 18 hole tee time. Course was in good shape. On hole 8 skies opened and it poured. made it to 10 and when I began sinking in mud on the tee box, called it a day. Brought cart back, attendant said to call next day for rain check, since pro shop closed just before I got back. Called next day, no rain checks. I would think if the course is unplayable and mud a R.C. would be appropriate, guess not.
other than that, course was fine, until it became unplayable.

Quality Course
The course was very enjoyable, the fairways are extremely tight but fairly short. I average a 260 yard drive and was only able to swing my driver once throughout the entire course. The greens were freshly aerated but played very well and the course overall was enjoyable just very technical.

Forge Pond Reliable As Usual
Forge Pond is always a great place to play. The course is always well kept. The greens are in good shape, not great. Staff is very friendly. Play here, you will not be disappointed.
Tee Boxes Need some TLC
Feel my review title explains it all. Other than the tee boxes needing repair, the course is great shape. The green were great and the fairways lush and green. I wish there were more water holes here and some elevated shots, but that’s nitpicking. Overall really great for a county course that never closes in the winter.
Greens were the best shape I have seen. Tee boxes needed some work but it is coming to the end of a busy season. Overall had a great time and a quick round.
Tee Boxes in Terrible Shape
The greens and fairways were in decent shape but the tee boxes were bad. Mostly dirt with some flattened out weeds.
Forge Pond
Great staff, super friendly would go back just because of them. Short course, tight fairways not much room for error. Tee boxes were in rough shape but wasn’t bad value overall for the money.
