Did not play Hurricane
Ok the Avalon golf course was closed because of the hurricane I need my money back in my account at the bank, I do like the course I have played it before! It’s a regular standard golf course not very hard to play and Beginner should like this course ,you can have dinner here when you’re finish!

great day , hot but nice cooling breeze.
three 70+ golfers shooting in the 90's and my 25 yr old grandson shooting in the 80's.
course was cut nice , greens a little slow but very true.
2:12 tee time but starter got us out at 1:55.
front nine played at our speed ; back nine slowed a little.
about a 4 hr round.
Awful conditions.
The greens are so slow that the course is unplayable to anyone but a beginner. It was soaked and ruts were all over the course. The greens keeper should be ashamed of himself. Weeds on the fairways? Are you kidding me?!! Tee boxes with grass so high that unless you have 31/2 inches tees, you can’t launch the ball. I am sick of this course being in the shape for a beginner but charging premium prices. Management must make a change! Do not play this course! That is the only way a change will happen.

Course was in excellent shape, enjoyable round, it was 8 degrees cooler than our home course (Vineyards National)
Fun course
Only worth it if you get a golf now hot deal price, not worth the money if you pay the regular rates. Staff very friendly, course is fun, not very long, greens are slow but roll true. Only recommended if under $50
Great layout but...
Cut the greens guys!!! Great layout, tight fairways and tree lines but the GREENS!!! It’s like putting on shag carpet! Tons of spike marks because it’s so long. I love the course and I think for a shorter course it plays longer than it is. SWEET JEEBUS, CUT THE GREENS!!
Solid course, great greens, overpriced.
Layout was as expected, conditions were decent, greens were fantastic, bunkers were in awful condition. Solid course, but $94 is way too much.
Disappointed
I reserved a remaining spot with a threesome for today at 2:12
The starter told me to go ahead and play by myself since the threesome wanted to play by themselves. That was not very enjoyable and I would have appreciated knowing that ahead of time so I could make other arrangements or cancel completely.
I play a lot of golf in Florida and haven’t seen any golf groups act that way

Great pace of play and can’t beat $35 a round for 2 pm tee time. Completed round in 3.5 hours, perfect

course was in SUPER SHAPE..miss the clubhouse being open..greeens slow, but no big deal..looking forward to next round there

Course was in EXCELLANT condition, the best I have seen it and I have been playing Avalon for a number of years.
