Old Orchard Country Club

It was fun to play but we lost multiple balls in the middle of the fairway bc nothing is cut down. The layout is elite and this course would be so pure if someone just cared about maintaining it. The greens are bad and the grass looks like it’s from a big field where anything and everything is growing. I hope someone saves this place.

You are hardly to find the ball on fairway you played. Fairway likes rough. Rough likes jungle.

I'm brand new to the golfing world, but this is one of the worst Golf courses. I have ever been to. This Golf course is falling apart. The grass was being cut as we were playing.The sand traps have no sand and animals living in it. The clubhouse and the parking lot were all run down.i would not recommend to anyone.

This is worse than a dog track. it's a cow pasture. Fairways were 5 inches long. Course should be removed from GolfNow. this isn't a golf course anymore. What a shame. The course used to be a gem. Now its a field.

This course was absolutely terrible, zero maintenance, tee boxes were non existent, you could literally lose your ball in the fairway it was so tall and full of weeds. Greens were shag carpet. Terrible course. And on top of that 20 dollar cart fee per player. Absolute waist of time and money.

Course was not maintained. No carts available even though we payed for one. Didn’t get any money back and the course wasn’t playable. Do not recommend booking a tee time at this course

Simply put, do not play here march-October. Nothing is taken care of. Greens are shot, fairways full of weeds. But, winter golf here is fine. Everything is dead. The layout is awesome. This course has so much potential. Makes me sad to see how poorly taken care of this course is.

Old Orchard was by far the worst course I’ve ever played. With it being early in the season, I saw the price and figured, why not play a round instead of hitting the range — that was my biggest mistake. The tee boxes were poorly maintained; many were uneven, making it tough to find a decent spot to tee off. Fairway conditions were practically nonexistent — it felt more like hitting out of patchy rough than any properly cut grass. The bunkers were completely neglected, dried out, and compacted, offering no playable sand. The greens were in brutal shape, with dead patches, inconsistent speeds, and surfaces that wouldn’t hold a putt. The routing of the course had some decent design elements, but the overall lack of maintenance overshadowed any positives. At this point, it’s impossible to justify a return unless there’s a complete overhaul. Save your time — play somewhere else.

I don’t understand why a course with such a nice layout is being left to die. The maintenance to this course was horrible . You can’t realistically putt on the greens. Most traps are just weeds with hard dirt. The county should take over this course and bring it back to life. It was almost hard to justify paying $25 which I thought was goi g to be an amazing deal. You get what you pay for in life

Horrible greens, tee boxes, pace of play due to no ranger, no water and even no white or blue markers on hole 13. Please sell the place!
