About
Opened in 1929, Old Orchard Country Club has a classic design with challenges that stand up to modern golf courses. Throughout the course, you'll see traces of the site's former use as a farm. Ancient apple trees from the original orchard frame many of the holes. The diverse layout will test you with a variety of different shots but the gently rolling terrain makes for an easy walk. Skill and strategy will be generously rewarded but it's not an overly punishing layout for the high handicapper. Old Orchard's greens play true and fast and they are often flanked with strategically positioned bunkers. A stream wanders through the golf course, coming into play on several holes. Golfers will face a tricky island green on the par-5 seventh hole as well as an almost-island green on the par-4 13th.

Absolutely the worst golf experience of my life!
The staff couldn’t have cared less about us and the course was the worst ever. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the cart was borderline dangerous.
How GolfNow can let their customers pay $66 to play this course is the worst part of this. The course knows how bad they are but GolfNow apparently is more concerned about making a couple bucks. Shameful!
Poorly maintained
The course has a lot of potential and is in a great area. However, it is poorly maintained and needs a lot of work in all areas. The fairways aren’t too bad, but the tee boxes, sand traps and greens are in very bad condition. It’s a shame because if it was well maintained it would be a really nice place to play.
Worst golf course I ever played by far
Worst conditions I ever. Seen. Could not find the holesZ layout is all over. Course is super rough. We left after the 3rd hole.
Do not waste your time
Place is horrible. I would rather play om Route 9 with the traffic then to ever return to this trash heap. Half of the greens are missing, No difference between the rough and fairways. Do not waster you life away here.
Not worth playing leaves everywhere couldn’t find balls in fairway greens were awful went through 3 carts batteries shot on all them seen other carts abandoned on course and gave my cart to a older twosome so they didn’t have to walk the rest of there round never again

Possibly the worst golf course i have ever been too.
Needs update
I love the course because it’s a great price and the layout is beautiful, but needs to be completely redone to actually be “nice”. The carts do not work, we went through 3 over the 18 holes. The crew in front of us also replaced their cart twice. The greens are TERRIBLE. But the course itself has a ton of potential.
Embarrassing
I invited three of my buddies to play golf. A couple of them had to take the day off from work to play. Old Orchard golf course is the worse golf course I have played in over 30 years of playing. I can understand a course not being in great condition this time of year but it would be impossible to believe there has been any upkeep to that course in months. Greens were super hairy in spots or dirt patches. Fairways were shameful as well. We actually left after 9 holes. GolfNow should separate itself from this course ASAP!
Old Orchard was worst conditions i’ve ever played in, The greens were shot, fairway & cart paths poor and the rough sides some grass with so thick You couldn’t find your ball unless you stepped on it, the hole ID sign for #7 is missing and so were most tee markers

Greens were not maintained at all - balls were rolling like you were playing Plinko on The Price Is Right!
Leaves everywhere - not maintained well. Most of the golf carts were broken or damaged!
More leaves than sand in the bunkers!
The course allowed a group of 6 golfers to go out together! What?!?!?!

Very sad. I understand that the course has been sold to developers, and will be closing soon. Haven’t played here in a few years. It was beginning to go down hill last time I played, but was still a playable course. Now, it’s a train wreck. I guess it’s being put out of its misery. Shame, because the layout is terrific, and I’m sure that back in its day it was a fantastic course to play. Very, very sad….
Terrible condition
Horrid conditions there is literally no fairway and you can barely call it a green. Extremely fast pace of play because no one is there.

I played this course many times years ago and it was always well maintained.Not anymore, sad to see it go downhill.

Awful course they are robbing people for an 8:15 T time for $60 and should not be allowed to even let a 1st time golfer on the course
