Needs a lot of work
Very disappointed in overall course condition. Greens were ok the rest of the course was not well kept.
Tee boxes overrun with with, greens and fringe awful. Dirt piles, dead grass

Great staff
The Staff were all super nice.
The course was hard as a rock. The greens could be better..
they desperately need a ranger to keep the speed of play moving. What should have been a 3 and a half round was closer to 5 and a half.
You do get what you pay for though.
Way to many people looking for lost balls

Nice fairways and greens
Wide open course, tee boxes need help but the price is right

Whatev
Nice staff, price, traps, area around greens and layout. Fairways mostly weeds and dirt. Grass in some place including rough. Tee boxes were in really bad shape, especially the concrete-like ground. Could be a really decent course with some more water and attention.

Nice Track
Very reasonably priced course. Greens and Tees were in very nice shape. A few of the fairways were a little burnt/bare but considering we had 2 weeks straight of a heat way/100 degree temps, it was to be expected. I saw them watering areas as necessary, so doing their best to keep the course in good shape. The rough around the greens is kept high, so a fair penalty for not being accurate, given some of the short par 4's. Pace was good after first few holes. Will come back again.

Better than White Oaks
Greens were decent, tees and fairways were OK with some crabgrass. Ground was very hard because of the weather, I assume. Better than their sister course, White Oaks.
