I have played Centerton in the past.
It may be my imagination BUT, it looks better than it has the past few years.
Fairways, roughs and greens cut very nicely.
Greens in better than good shape.
2 of us played a 3 1/2 hr. round. Obviously the course wasn't too busy that day (VERY HOT DAY).

Nice
Two holes that were a par 4 and a par 5 were tees forward and to be played as a 150 yard par three, otherwise the course was in good condition. Staff was friendly and pace was good.
it was a nice day.
great course for the price
Definitely worth playing.
Nice Course
A very enjoyable round. Greens rolled true, fairways were nice, and the rough was just fine. I read reviews that the rough was too high, and I could see some places were like that, but it looked like they mowed it down to where it was playable. All in all, a very nice course for the money. I have nothing negative to say about the course, and look forward to playing it again.
Great day
Very nice course. Greens were very true, with few bumps....c'mon people....fix your ball marks!!
Nice course could be real good
A couple tee boxes could use some work. There are a few fairways that are just about perfect & then there are some that you can't tell if you are in the fairway or rough. Car paths are on dirt or grass around greens so those areas are mostly dirt or rock hard. The mirror on the pole to see the green is pretty cool.
there are good greens rolls pretty true
When i checked in it was easy. just told him my name and he said ok glad your here, your already paid so grab a cart and your ready to go.
Needs some work
Signed up for 1:36 tee time on golfnow. When we arrived we were advised the course was closed til 2:00 for aeration. Not a problem because no one else was there. Play this course several times a month. I'm an average golfer and the course is fairly easy and suits my game. Course needs some work, cart paths are bad, tee boxes need some work, some greens were lost to disease. All that said, we still like the course and still have fun playing there. They raised the price to $35. (not a $35. course)but you can find discounted rates on-line.
Always a good time
My wife joined me for the round, she is a mid handicap. She feels that there is not enough attention to the women's tee. 2 Markers stuck in the fairway and tend to be overgrown.
Great Condition
Much improved from when I last played in the fall. The greens where smooth and fast for the spring.
Ok coarse
this coarse is ok just ok
Great course for the money
Course is in good shape, as always, for winter golf. Pace was fast and staff extremely helpful and courteous. 19th hole is not open this time of year but water, soda, Gatorade, coffee, ect is available in pro shop as well as mid level cigars.
a real test of golf in old time course with a way to really play the game right
I really enjoy playing in there once you get there they say go ahead to cours is yours a real true test of your golf skill and you could just stay out there and play all day it's a great place for me thank you. Stellacc

great value!!!
Centerton GC course conditions are much improved from the last time i played. This course has always been a great value for what they charge. A little hidden gem in south jersey. Outstanding layout very challenging for public golf if you play the back tees!! The finishing holes are very long and challenging.
Enjoyed the round
Course fairways were very wet and soft due to rainfall previous day on Tuesday most of day. Greens were slow due to moisture remaining on greens also.
Good value
Greens have bad spots but the rest of course is good great place to practice
Excellent value
Nice course but greens are rough lots of bad spots
Centerton Delivers
Centerton Golf Course is situated within Parvin State Park, it provides great scenery and a chance to mingle with local wildlife. Great Facilities, Bar & Restaurant - Course was in great shape, able to drive the Cart everywhere. The Parking Lot just got a major facelift so there isn't a bad place to park. Golfed until the Sunset, drove back to the Clubhouse in the dark - great time!
