Centerton Golf Club

The only positives i found in this course is that the fairways & greens were in pretty good shape. That is the only reason I would play this course again. Aside from that, the place is generally an outdated, run down, neglected facility with an obnoxious, burned out, less than friendly/helpful staff to match. Parking lot is riddled with huge potholes, clubhouse is old and lacking any updates or interest that other facilities generally have, the carts are loud and have zero power & the cart paths are...well let's say you would be better off just walking the course. And finally, the front desk attendant and cart cleaner.... holy cow! May I recommend customer service training or possibly retirement? Just pathetic attitudes.

Had a Mice Day at Cemterton. Good overall conditions. Good deal for the $$

I enjoyed playing this course but the conditions were not great yes I know I played in the beginning of April but the main problem was the condition of the golf cart paths

Played here yesterday 3/17/14. There was a big rain storm on Sunday and the course was still wet and two of the holes were made into par 3's to keep you from getting stuck in the fairways and to let them dry out. For the time of the year, the course was in the kind of condition that you would expect coming out of the winter. Greens were smooth and pretty quick. I got around the course in 3 hours by myself and playing 2 balls on most of the holes to keep me from catching up with the three some ahead of me.

Felt so good to play golf in February. It was a 56 degree day and we headed south out of the snow covered philadelphia suburbs. Course was in the shape you would expect for February but it didn't matter we were just there to keep the rust off our games.

It rained pretty good 2 days before and the course was rather soppy but getting out to golf the day after Christmas was great. Played this course many other times and always enjoy it.

Good grass and inexpensive - what more coud you want. Oh and the food is good in the bar.

I booked a tee time for 1 as listed by the course which included 18 holes and a.cart . I arrived 20 min. Early as I always do to make sure I'm on time. When I went t9 the clubhouse I was told that they were putting me with a threesome which was fine with me .when I asked which cart they told me I had to ride with in the empty seat with the threessome. I told them that wouldn't work for me.because I have a bad back at 68 and sometimes I can't make all 18 . They said they were sorry about my back but they insisted I ride with another golfer instead of my own cart .by the way there were plenty of carts . Sorry take the deal or not play ..so I left not playing and losing my green fees that were already paid for.the golf now deal was 18 and a cart..not 18 and ride with whoever we put you with...I will never go back there and have told all my senior golf.friends how I was treated also sent a.letter to AARP .I have been a member of many clubs in my years playing this.game and a member of the PGA for many years . Just wanted to play a round.of.golf for veterans day .too bad for me I guess.

The course was in good share the fairways clear of leaves and the greens were good

It was a beautiful day for November, the course was in great condition and everything was just perfect. Shot an 89.

Course was in good shape. Would play again next week. Price was excellent for time of day.

I booked a tee time for 1:52. I didn't get to tee off till 2:05. When I did, I was placed with another random group, playing right behind 3 four sums, one of them being walk ins. They just try to pack in as many people as possible and don't monitor pace of play. When I asked the pro shop gentlemen who was outside smoking if we could just start on the back 9, since the 10th hole was empty, he didn't even look me in the eye and just said "no." They don't care that you are paying for a round of golf.

Facilities and course are decent, pretty easy. But if you are a 70s-80s golfer you are going to get extremely frustrated waiting behind three groups ahead of you that they all just packed in. And if you are a beginner golfer, you are going to feel like you need to rush because a group is always one swing behind you.

Play this course often. Enjoyed getting birdie on 18th.

Course was in good shape overall , but some of the fairways were a little long, also would be a great addition if the second cut around the greens were shorter. always feel that amateurs should be rewarded for good play not penalized for being 18" off the green.

The course is not Bethpage, but it is a good publc course. The green were good, fairways okay, course difficulty is "feel good". No rangers and No beverage cart girl. It is a good old country course.

Every hole is unique and requires a range of skills. Greens are well-tended and ..true. Speed is not excessive or dull. "Fairways were easy to hit from and rough was demanding. Stay on the fairways. The Staff were helpful. We did not take advantage of the food availability on this trip.

My son and I played 18 and had an awesome day. Except for the twosome that squeezed in between us and the group ahead of us at 10. Always liked this course, the value can't be beat, the course was in the best shape I've ever seen it. The staff was attentive, friendly and helpful as they always are. Be back again for sure.

Was very surprised as to the excellent condition the course was in. Fairways had some divots but overall good lies. Greens were in excellent shape. True roll. Weekday price was a true value. Looking forward to returning.

Very nice day for golf. Really like the course. Not overly difficult, but some challenging holes. Greens were tricky as they dried.
