Pack a lunch.
Teed off 20 minutes after our scheduled time. By the third, a par 3, there was a group on the green, one on the tee box, two groups waiting behind, and one coming off the green behind us. 5 1/2 hours for a round is pretty ridiculous. The greens were 70’s shag carpet so make sure you hit your putts with some power. If it’s not the middle of the week and $25 I’d definitely say pass.
It's a good value
It was a holiday, so play was about an hour slow.
Many sides of the fairways had no grass.
Still, for the price these days, it's an affordable round of golf.
I have not yet tried the pub after a round, but it's available.
No water for cleaning clubs or balls on course. Snack shack at 10 was not open. See first line. Saw cart girl twice in a 5 1/2 hour round.
Lot to improve upon, but won't stop me from coming.
Course layout
The course layout is beginner friendly. I just started golfing last year and I’ve been to tougher courses so I was glad when I saw the openness of a lot of the holes. The snacks, drinks, and food offered by the on course server was very limited and vendor machine worthy. The server was very nice an accommodating but the items could be much better!
Good Value for the Money
Greens were nice and green and a little slow probably due to recent rains. Fairways and rough are just starting to green up and grow.
Good pace, bit pricy for the quality
Pace was good, greens were slow. Its a budget course so expected something in the $50-60 range but prices seem to have gone up. Overall fun layout. Will challenge you on some holes. Will return
Always a great day
Greens in good shape. Fairways just move the ball we're not pros. Nice always.
Better communication would be helpful
Players were NOT advised that the back nine was unavailable due to course maintenance until we arrived. I chose not to Play the front nine 2x (the only option). Should have been noted on their site.
Management for t times
This course isnt worth the 20 bucks winter deal. Over book every day knowing there is frost delay. Then proceed to let 2 groups of 6 and about 4 other groups of 4 go out all at once. Won’t let guys start on back 9 either. Be prepared for 7 hour rounds.
