Spring Meadow Golf Club

We have played Spring Meadows 4 times this year (last time was 5 days ago) and the conditions have gotten progressively worse. Long sections of fairways are burned out and uneven with large clumps of turf. The greens are really beat up...burnt and riddled with ball marks.. There is never had any water in the ball washers.....how it is possible to run a golf course and not have water in the ball washers? The course is fairly easy and the staff are fine, but they need to put some serious money and effort into restoring the course.

Course was in poor condition. Most of the Tee boxes either had weeds or dirt areas present. Most of the fairways had weeds growing and once again dirt areas. Also many of the fairways had burnt up grass. The greens had burnt up spots and many ball marks that were not repaired. Haven't played this course in a few years don't remember it being this bad. The fact that there were a handful of golfers out there on a beautiful day may explain why.

Not sure what I expected but course conditions were far better than I would imagine for a county public course. Greens were in great shape and layout is challenging and interesting.

Considering the lack of rain I was very pleased with the overall course conditions on July 11th. A very quick afternoon round (3.5 hours) was enjoyable for a twosome. What starts off fairly easy gets tougher on the back nine.

The course was in pretty decent shape considering there was a number of storms the previous day and it rained for a bit while we we're playing. The only problem I had with the course was the lack of distance markers. Only a few holes had the blue, white and red markers on the fairway. Other than that it's always a decent course to play for a fair price.

Needs some TLC..I remember when the course was in great shape...Needs new management and or greens keeper..need yardage markers a lot are missing .how hard would it be to put 200/150/ 100 yard stakes along fairway??

We last played course 2 years ago and was pretty beat up. Played yesterday and 100% better. Tee boxes fairways greens very good shape. Great deal on golfnow with cart. Good course layout. Will be back soon for another round.

course is a mess tee boxes have never been reseeded since last season the greens are a disaster , broken sprinkler heads, holes in the fairways, it was good thing we got it cheap from golf now would only play here on a hot deal

Greens were in bad shape; we last played this course in March and we're impressed with condition of course; but in just one month the conditions of the greens deteriorated greatly, fairways also not as good.

Wonderful course to play on reasonable price for the green fee fee fee

The day we played other courses in the area were closed being too wet. We played with power carts and greens were in good shape for February. Highly recommend playing here. If it is your first time you will be pleasantly surprised. Wonderful teaching staff here too.

great course wide open fairways open and clean. loved it will play it again. Staff very friendly.

It's not the best time of the year to play, but the cost of 50 dollars this time of year is excessively high. I couldn't expect the coarse conditions to be any better.

Looks like those burnt up fairways and greens are gone. The course is playing on the fast side since the rough has been cut so short. For some reason this course gets bad reviews I guess don't play in the summer Winter is the way to go

Just OK. Conditions are questionable. Greens were plugged too late in the season and will not be good until the spring. Winter rules all year long. Price and location are only reason I will return. Layout is actually good and course has great potential.

Course in great shape for this time of year but greens were worked on. Good time and lucked out with the weather.

The course overall was in good conditions. Some very challenging holes. Unfortunately with heavy winds blowing there were a lot of leaves blowing around making it hard to see your ball. But not fault of the golf course itself

Played in late spring and course in great shape. Now, terrible. Irrigation must be broken. Fairways dry and burned. Tees hard as cement. Overall not good. Still charging full price, 60 bucks.
