About
Pinch Brook Golf Course in Florham Park may be a short course, but it should not be underestimated. The layout offers all the challenges of a championship course conveniently wrapped in an executive-length course. Water hazards come into play on nearly every hole, including a pond on the seventh that is shaped like the state of New Jersey. The elevated and undulating greens putt fast and true. They present a test for even the most seasoned golfers. The par-3 holes are particularly tough. Most of them feature strategically placed bunkers fiercely guarding the double-tiered greens, that or a forced carry. The golf course is great for honing your short game skills or for squeezing in a quick but challenging round. Pinch Brook G.C. is hailed by locals as the best short course in northern New Jersey.

Rude starter
The starter shouldn’t be working with the public. He seems very unhappy and doesn’t want to be there
Fun
Very nice staff and overall course is well maintained.
Rough Shape
Used to be able to justify a higher cost at this par 65 for a well maintained course. This round was different - tee boxes overgrown and sloppy, fairways thick sporty and the greens with divots all over the place. Unfortunate cause i used to like playing here after work but certainly the cost now outweighs the course condition
Slow pace
The starter needs to do a better much managing the pace. +4 hrs for this course is unacceptable
Beautiful course
Well maintained and beautifully designed.
Had a blast
Course need to be watered!!
We were told carts were 90 degrees but the course was dry and starting to brown in spots. Needs a lot more water and soon.
Rude staff and overpriced
Starter and Ranger both unnecessarily rude. Tons of attitude for no reason. Way overpriced for a par 65 course ($90 with cart). Course is in great shape so kudos to grounds crew. Below average food and drink options. Better off paying half this price at east orange.
Sand please - Evan a few grains
Sometimes you hit bunkers - went for both par 5s and came up short in bunkers. What should have been easy outs were shots out of cement - 2 pars should have been 2 birdies. - please make this course playable with even SOME sand
Way too slow
A 4 hour round for this course at a 6:30am start is way too slow of a pace.
