Pinch Brook Golf Course
About
Pinch Brook Golf Course in Florham Park may be a short course, but it should not be underestimated. The layout offers all the challenges of a championship course conveniently wrapped in an executive-length course. Water hazards come into play on nearly every hole, including a pond on the seventh that is shaped like the state of New Jersey. The elevated and undulating greens putt fast and true. They present a test for even the most seasoned golfers. The par-3 holes are particularly tough. Most of them feature strategically placed bunkers fiercely guarding the double-tiered greens, that or a forced carry. The golf course is great for honing your short game skills or for squeezing in a quick but challenging round. Pinch Brook G.C. is hailed by locals as the best short course in northern New Jersey.

Bunkers?? Or Dirt Hole???
I’ve been playing the morris county public gc for a while. Considering the amount of golfers that play this course the bunkers should have sand in them. What do i mean but the amount of golfers??? There is enough money to buy sand
Pinch brook
Pinch brook is 5000 yards sounds short but it has 9 par 3’s not has easy as you think
Needs some help, would play again
Starter was extremely unpleasant, really sets a bad vibe whenever you go near him. Greens could use some work, divots and bumps all over the place, most sand traps were more like mud than sand
Starter and front desk not friendly
Slow pace of play. Course in poor condition and staff were rude.
Friendly staff
Friendly and courteous staff makes up for all the lousy shots made.
Everything was amazing except the starter
The starter honestly ruined a 5 star rating. He seemed like he was living out a childhood dream of being an angry middle school principal. Yelled at us for the smallest things like walking to the first tee when we were starting on 10 (because he didn’t tell us) then we tried getting the last hole in before walking into the club house and just as I was about to hit my tee shot he boldly drove his car in front of me and wouldn’t let us finish. Telling us we need to start looking at the time that sundown is or else he would lock our cars in the complex. Other then Oscar the grouch the course and clubhouse staff were amazing. Pace was good. Grounds were well kept. They just need to fix the one angry elf
