I liked the layout but for the price the fairway and greens were not in good shape at all .. definitely btr deals around

I happen to live on this course and unfortunately the course owners appear to believe it's still in its private-course condition. I drive by the empty course every day during the week simply because no one is going to pay $35+ for a course that hasn't had a single groundskeeper in years. The layout has plenty of potential but it's just poorly managed with horrible conditions - the price needs to be dropped into the $20 range in order to be worth the cost.

Poor conditions all around. Not a rake on the whole course. Totally neglected.

Trying to figure out what happened here. Why bother having tee times if you send 3 foursomes all out at the same time? It took 3 hours to play 9 holes. Apparently their was a group of guys partying ahead of the 3 guys ahead of us that was very slow . Never saw a course ranger. When one of our foursome went in after 9 the desk guy said he didn't get a call. Very poor course management.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the course was in good condition for this time of year. It is a good course that can be fun to walk. A few holes you have to place your ball on the correct side in order to have a shot at the green. It is an overall nice golf course.

Course was not in great shape. Pace of play was wayyyyy too slow. Not even a great layout. Rocks on the greens. Leaves over the greens. Spots on the greens that didn't have anymore grass

Trees had been trimmed but the trimmings were all over the edges of the course. Should have been cleaned up. Some holes had the black and white 150 yard markers and some did not. This was a problem for my group. The round center of fairway yard markers need to be lifted about one inch to make them more visible as you approach your ball to estimate distances to green easier. Greens were just okay. I've played many places that are in better shape this time of year. No rakes in the bunkers, but I've found this elsewhere also. Don't understand it though. No markers on the tee boxes, but I've never seen this anywhere else. The layout of the course was interesting and challenging. I would return at this price, but the course needs some routine maintenance. AND, not specific to just this course, but why aren't courses marked better with more visible yardage markers ?

Love the location of this club Can't wait to play there again.

played on a sunday when it was supposed to rain all day we got in all 18 with a couple drops on 1 hole.................... course was in decent shape pace of play was good................overall a decent course...........................

Was in the area on a cold November Sunday. Ordered up a 12 dollar hot deal which was for 18 holes with a cart. I wasn't sure how many I wanted to play so only paying 12 bucks made it a great value to squeeze in some golf. I have played this course a few times. The layout is nice, has some tough holes but if you keep it in play it's generally pretty adorable. The greens had small reeds all over them, and surprisingly it didn't impact the line of the putts as bad as I thought. It's a decent track as long as you can fetch a good price. Generally though this course is over priced during peak season for what it is. As long as it's in good condition it can make for a good round.

Course was good for the value greens were fast and a little bumpy but overall very nice

This course is well maintained, very nice difficulty level, with your average pace of play. The prices should've dropped already which haven't, but other then that this course is great. Challenging for beginners to advanced golfers. Hole 8, is a course that ever golfer dreads, and is in perfect condition. You read it here, Hole 8. Club house in the background, you're shooting over water into a heavily guarded green. Best of luck.

Greens are aerated...might be a while until they recover. Check with the course before you book.

This course used to be in much better shape, and now for the price, is not worth even close to what was charged. There wasn't anything overly challenging in the course, so it fits my skill level, it just has not been maintained the way a nice course should be.

Bottom line, plenty of superior choices in South Jersey for comparable price. I know the summer has been rough but this place has waved the white flag and given up. Absolutely no maintenance is being done, only exception I found were some divots in a couple of tee boxes filled in with sand. Most greens were a pitted nightmare, fairways more weeded than seeded, and tee boxes were barren.

One of the worst courses I've played on (and I am no elite player) and still expecting people to pay $35-$50 each? What a joke....drop your price to <$20 while a redo is in progress. That's the only hope here.

Run don't walk away

Plain and simple, this place is not worth the money. Tee boxes was in very bad shape. Loss a lot of balls in the rough. If you hit it in the fairway's you was ok,but just off impossible. For 80 dollars for me and my wife, not worth it at all. The greens was black, not in good shape at all.
