Let me start by staying the course is pretty well maintained and the price is right for what it is. I’ve been going there a lot this summer but I’ll never go back after the experience we had today. First off it was walking only even though their golf now page says carts are available upon arrival. I don’t care too much about walking but they also didn’t say we needed to be back by 7:05pm (this will be important later) it was a 3:30 tee time and we paid for 18 now we have to walk. No big deal but we’re hustling through the holes. Then on the 7-8th hole we have to wait to tee off because one rangers is playing golf! Totally unprofessional as we’re trying to finish 18 before it gets too dark. We make it to the 17th hole at 7:03pm (I checked my watch as we were getting threatened to have the cops called on us) and one of us tees off as the ranger comes up and says “I thought I told you to get in” this is the first interaction we’ve had with the ranger all day. I say “no, nobody told me anything.” And then he threatened to call the police on us! All while other people on different holes around us we’re teeing off. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. He goes on to say that everyone needs to be in by 7:05 but it was 7:03 and we could see the club house. Left a terrible taste in my mouth and I won’t be going back. This ranger needs to be let go.

Pro Shop staff was very nice. Ranger didn't do his job at all, even when we asked him to do something about the pace of play. The group in front of us had no one in front of them, and were re-taking shots around the green.

All the holes are VERY CLOSE together. Had a golf ball come 3 feet from hitting me while on a green, and at least 4 other close calls. Maybe 2 out of 5 balls we actually heard a FORE call. The golfer who hit the shot on the wrong green didn't even seem to comprehend what he did wrong.

The price is good, but it attracts very poor golfers making this a slow and dangerous round.

OMG wonderful cheerful welcome from desk staff and starter! greens and fairways in surprisingly good condition for a county course. challenge is to keep your drives on the narrow fairways. fellow golfers very friendly.

I think some of the greens/ tees are too close together. Just not enough land for the course… Maybe higher fences.. I wouldn’t be surprised if there are offline shots that are close to group ahead.
