Rain
A little soggy but got the day in , car path only kinda got lucky 9am it stopped racing quick 1he an 20min for 9 holes
All an all not bad
Great early march round
Course was in good condition for being early march. Only thing that is a bit of a downer is the shortening of thr 8tn hole.
Would NOT return
Off the fairway grass was very poor & shoddy. Course very wet. I realize that winter snow seriously affected conditions but overall conditions were very poor. Driving range & overall complex was great. 9 hole course is good for beginners but not for serious golfers. 8th hole issue is a total mess. Definitely would not return!
For going through a blizzard two weeks ago - course was in amazing condition!
Hyatt Hills
For just opening, this facility was excellent!
I appreciate the tremendous staff and their patience.
Ok if you like “Ok” courses
Me and my customer got paired with 2 kind ladies who advised us we should gold separate as they clearly wanted to split up. They went ahead of us. The group behind shot past and almost hit us in the middle of the fairway at the first hole.
Guy had the nerve to walk up after, no apology and tell us we need to catch up with our group and to skip the tee.
This review has not too much to do
With the course but with the horrible human beings who golf there. I will not step foot on that course again. If the golfers there will endanger you and be bossy and rude, no thanks
Drought conditions affecting the course
Water restrictions are causing the course to play hard. Greens are firm and fast...
8th hole lawsuit still isn't resolved
But still a great challenging course
My new home course
Always a favorite.
As fall golf starts, tee boxes are getting fixed, fairways berated and very soon, greens aerated...even with all thus, Gyatt Hills are in excellent shape
Rangers need to do their job
Got stuck behind a group of 4 people who had never played before. It's okay to be new but the guys were just disrespectful. The entire time the group was hitting multiple balls per person, standing around taking photos on the green after they finished the hole, and overall just wasting time. They had two full holes open in front of them and not once did a ranger come around and ask them to speed up. I asked them politely to speed up multiple times but it didn't help. Ruined my entire experience.
Messy Sand Traps, 8th Hole Is A Bummer
Hyatt Hills is a nice 9-hole course, and they have come a long way.
Since new apartments were built, the 8th hole, a challenging Par 4 has been made into another Par 3 apparently over a ridiculous issue with the apartment complex. It SUCKS for golfers playing this short course.
The greens have improved since green repairs have been given out, but the SAND TRAPS are terrible. Nobody rakes them, and it's normal for your ball to fall into a footprint. This is a major turn off for serious golfers.
If Hyatt Hills does not manage golfers to rake the sand traps, they should employ people to drive around and rake the traps regularly so it does not tarnish the experience.
