Weequahic Park Golf Course

The course is very good shape and play moves smoothly through 4 hrs play. Met a nice twosome, we enjoyed each other’s company and the course I highly recommend playing it again

What an absolutely terrible golfing experience. I get there and encounter perhaps the rudest starter I have ever had to deal with. This man was extremely disrespectful and clearly cared very little about doing his job in a professional manner at all. I booked the round on a Golf Now Hot Deal as a single, meaning the cart was included in the fee, however when I got to the course they would not let me take a cart unless I paid ANOTHER cart fee. They claimed I only paid for "half a cart", citing that a cart has 2 bag straps, therefore I needed to pay for 2 cart fees. Absolutely ridiculous to say the least. Only played 3 holes before it started down pouring, and the course was in terrible shape. Fairways were like playing off of rocks, and greens were littered with pitch marks. Thankfully it started raining because I could not wait to get out of there. I did not even bother trying to go inside to get a rain check because I did not want to deal with the rude staff again and certainly DO NOT want to have a reason to ever go back to this course. If I could give it 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY!!!!
