Warrenbrook Golf Course
About
Warrenbrook Golf Course is one of five courses operated by the Somerset County Park Commission. Although it is a seemingly mild 6,372 yards from the back tees, don't let the yardage fool you. This course is a formidable test. The layout is very tight, routed through dense stands of mature trees that loom above the fairways and frame the greens. In addition to being heavily wooded, the rolling terrain provides many tricky ups and downs ranging from subtle to dramatic. You'll be hard-pressed to find a flat lie on this golf course and you should also be prepared for a few blind shots. To top it all off, there are also a few strategically placed bunkers. Your accuracy will be put to the test at Warrenbrook Golf Course, as will your course-management skills.

Pleasurable Experience
Target golf. Really enjoyed this track. In great shape. Starter keeps people on time. Well manicured. Some blind shots. Fun track. Make sure you have your phone GPS so you can see the course layout.
Very good county course
This was the second time playing Warren Brook in the past six weeks and the course was in great shape as well as the greens. Would definitely recommend playing here.
Great conditions
This course was in excellent condition compare to earlier in the season. Can’t wait to play here again
Blind spots
Hitting into too many blind spots; makes it hard to find your ball even in fairway.
Wear Very Comfortable Shoes
A really nice course. Pretty open. But oh my the hills! Suggest not walking this course. It will wear you out. The pin placements are mostly in the front of the fast greens. A lot of the fairways are sloped so good shots can become not so good shots and can make it hard to find your ball even in the wide open.
new starter needs to learn the ropes
Title says it all. Don’t put a foursome of walkers in front of a foursome with carts. Also they definitely double booked.
Good to great natural layout
I really did enjoy this course. Good length, some challenging holes with narrow fairways and greens were county course slow but still in good shape. Biggest critique (other than the clubhouse situation due to a fire and no desire from the county to put any money into the course/amenities) is that I was penalized for hitting quality shots due to overgrown branches/trees. Course needs to be cut back a touch. Other than that I like the course and would recommend. Don’t expect to have a beer, hit the clubhouse, practice chip or go to the driving range though
