Course opened at 2o’clock for nine holes, we prepaid for 18 not knowing only 9 holes were available. But played in less than 90 minutes and received partial refund from golf now. The greens always fast but the weather was great

Great course, well maintained and great value for the money. Greens are fast and challenging. No water hazards to worry about.

Teamed up with another twosome who turned out to be owner’s father and a friend. Played in about 4 hours. Greens fast a usual but overall an excellent time.

I’ve always liked the course as it has some unique holes that provide a fun challenge. My biggest gripe has historically been pace of play. This continues to be horrible. However my biggest issue this day was the course setup and conditions. The greens were cut so short and pins placed on ridges that every putt rolled back to your feet or past if it didn’t go into the center cup. Lag putting was not an option. Your only hope was slamming into the back of the cup or picking up for a 3 putt. Absolute joke. Many fairways were poorly maintained and most tee boxes under repair. I’ll accept that in winter time but at least give a heads up at time of booking.

I hope this isn’t the norm for playing at this course for the year. Cart path only is rough when your walking ability is low. I still kept up with my group by it was rough. Some serious drainage lines need to be installed. Maybe get the charted golf carts could help limiting travel in the wetlands but that costs money.

As for the round, it was an above average round for being “Winter Golf”. Some temporary mats were used because the tee boxes are healing before the season starts.

Been playing here for years. Love the layout and never have anything bad to say. My only gripe is they have 2 putting greens. If only one was available to chip on or at least a place to work on the short game.

My only complaint is that at my age it’s hard for me to walk to the starter and back to my car after. That’s why I don’t go there often. I know why it’s done it’s just ashame me and others have to go through this

A couple of the guys in my 4some couldn’t make it and when my partner and I arrived, all we saw were guys waiting, lots of guys waiting.

Luckily, it was a short wait and the staff were a great bunch. We were teamed with another 2some and off we went. The greens were in fine shape. The ball marks that others left, was another matter and led to slower playing out the hole.

Definitely bring more ammo based on the leaf piles. The starter apologized for it and based on the amount of trees there, this will be a thing for a couple more rounds.

The restaurant is open and I saw guys enjoying the sun on the porch while having a bite and a beer.

One of the players I was matched up with was picking up my balls the whole round.

I couldn’t figure out why I was losing balls that were well hit until I caught him picking one up on th 17th hole
