Great Staff
It's early in the season, so not all the fairways where the best (some or which are being worked out). I also don't hit on the fairway that often. The majority of the holes were in good condition and you can tell that there is maintanence being done as the season starts to pick up, those improvements will be very noticeable. The pace of play wasn't ideal, but we thoroughly enjoyed the course.
For my first time here, overall we had a very good time and the price point for an afternoon tee time was fantastic. I'll absolutely be back.

Good value for money.
Course was in good shape for March.

Good round
Played last Monday morning was out by 11 am played the course in about 3:30 minutes a couple tee off limits that was fine green were fast shot 83 41 front 43 back my brother left clubs on 16 green retrieve them from employee on same hole we were both thankful for getting his clubs back just wanted his boss he did a great job will play again soon try to get my score we’re it should be

The previous owner had this course in excellent condition tee to green. Not anymore.

Can’t wait
The tee boxes are still under reconditioning but look to be fantastic when they’re finished. Otherwise the course condition is in great shape. The only real drawback was our cart didn’t have working brakes! Would love to see the carts include gps.

Stop rolling the greens so much.
They roll the greens so it’s like putting on glass and cut them too short. I’ve played way nicer courses and the greens were not that fast. This isn’t the players or pga championship. There is no reason for it. Happy it’s being turned into condos next year.

Tough pin placement...
I played on a windy day which made it challenging. I would also like to mention that the pin placements were very difficult being close to perimeter of greens instead of near the middle and the speed of the greens were fast. Some missed putts that were lag putts would keep on rolling on downhill pin placement and roll off of the green. I would prefer better pin placements when the greens are fast. After all, this is a public course with no tournaments going on.

Good shape
For the middle of winter the course was in great shape. Greens were faster than I expected. Nice 4hour round even though we had to wait on a few holes

The greens and tee Boxes need
The greens and tee boxes need a lot of maintenance.
There were a lot of water and holes around tee boxes. The tee boxes don't have any gresses. The greens need maintenance.

Pin placements
Pin placement on most holes is not located in a favorable position for the average golfer. If pin placement is to be at championship position, the tee box, fairway, traps and rough should follow suit and they definitely do not.

Westwood
First time playing this trak and I was disappointed. I know it is the beginning of March but the fairways were consistently terrible. Constantly hitting off hard-pan lies both in the fairways and just off of them.
Greens were in decent shape for this time of year, but some were ridiculously STEEP. for where they placed the pins.

First time last time
No tee markers at all. No fairway distance markers at all. Two holes on each green and none in center both on sides creating quite tough putting conditions. difference between white tees and senior tees is 230 yards with a 200 yard par 3 for seniors. The carts paths are a mess ,might be fun for off roading though. greens were pretty good. and the layout was interesting with some 90 degree doglegs.

Windy
No tee markers and not many players so the two of us had a great time played in a little over 3 hours. The greens were great but extremely fast

The place to play
Had a great round as usual. It is January ya know. Got a chance to play with Larry the starter again which is always a pleasure Amy in the pro shop is always smiling and Jack the course overseeor w/his great sense of humor made my day. I recommend this course for its challenging layout and just a great experience
