Friendly
It was a hot, humid August day. For being a public course, it was in really good shape considering all of the heat waves we've been experiencing this summer. You could notice that management has invested in improving the course, however there is still ;room for improvement in some areas ~specifically maintenance of the tee boxes and eliminating the crabgrass that appears on the course.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
I would certainly recommend giving this course a try It does have some challenging holes that will test you.

Sandy greens
Went with the “recently drilled” discount knowing the course would be recently aerated. The entire course was aerated but was still playable. But the greens were very Sandy on the front and the back nine greens literally looked like the beach.
Not having functional putting on half the holes felt like we were misled by the recently drilled discount.

Too tier public course
The people who run this course know golf! The greens are always excellent top tier for public course! The course some how is always incredibly green and healthy! Rates are absolutely very fair and the course is law enforcement/military friendly so love them for that! Its a short course and easy but fun. We enjoy playing golf here for a fair price n then blowing all are money inside on food because the restaurant part is also great! You absolutely get your moneys worth here terrific value! Pace of play has always been great for us we usually play between 11am-3pm average 4hr round. Staff is super cool! Hats off to everyone especially the greens keeper!

needs work
2 years ago they were working on investing time on improving the course but lately the course has went downhill.

Wow
Huge thank you to management! I’ve played this course so many times over the past few years, today was the first time this season. And wow management stepped up and transformed this course. The greens were beautiful and well taken care of and the entire course was perfect. So whoever in charger I genuinely want to say thank for you doing your job and providing a low cost beautiful public course. If only everyone in this world did their job!

needs much work
Everything needs to be worked on. erosion everywhere. cart paths terrible. pot holes everywhere - tee boxes horrible. plus i hate the fact we need to carry our clubs to and from the starters stand.

Still in need
Many of the tee boxes were in very poor shape. Most greens were ok but many dried out areas near greens. Ridiculous policy regarding taking carts into parking lot turns many off. Older people dragging their clubs back and forth is crazy. Should switch the 9s so you end in parking lot. Not sure they want to improve. Only go there as a quick golf fix but round was 4 .5 hours. No rangers in site to move things along

Won’t be going back
The ranger came to us on the third hole to say the pro shop said we were playing slow fast forward two holes playing at the same pace and we hit the group ahead of us and wait for them every other tee box for the rest of the round. Fairway conditions were awful and looked like someone’s front lawn in place and the tee boxes were full of crab grass when they had grass.

Good course
Fair course with few hazards. Some of the tee boxes need a little work but overall conditions are very good.
Pace of play mid day on a very hot Monday was a bit slow.
