Enjoyable course except for most of the cart paths
needs much work
Everything needs to be worked on. erosion everywhere. cart paths terrible. pot holes everywhere - tee boxes horrible. plus i hate the fact we need to carry our clubs to and from the starters stand.

Still in need
Many of the tee boxes were in very poor shape. Most greens were ok but many dried out areas near greens. Ridiculous policy regarding taking carts into parking lot turns many off. Older people dragging their clubs back and forth is crazy. Should switch the 9s so you end in parking lot. Not sure they want to improve. Only go there as a quick golf fix but round was 4 .5 hours. No rangers in site to move things along

Won’t be going back
The ranger came to us on the third hole to say the pro shop said we were playing slow fast forward two holes playing at the same pace and we hit the group ahead of us and wait for them every other tee box for the rest of the round. Fairway conditions were awful and looked like someone’s front lawn in place and the tee boxes were full of crab grass when they had grass.

Good course
Fair course with few hazards. Some of the tee boxes need a little work but overall conditions are very good.
Pace of play mid day on a very hot Monday was a bit slow.

A nice course to play, very fair but challenging. It was in pretty good shape in some very hot weather.

Much improved
New owners have done a great job updating the course, course conditions and improving overall play experience. The food is very good as well at the bar/restaurant.

Consistently good
The course is always in very good condition and is, I think, the best value in South Jersey. Comparable and even lesser courses are $15-20 more. I do wish more golfers would fix their ball marks and rake the bunkers. A couple things I don't particularly like (or understand) are that you can't bring coolers (I like to have icy water with towels on hot days) and you can't drive your cart to your car after the round. Nothing that's going to keep me from going back but a bit annoying.
