I see improvements
Last week we played here and I gave it a poor review - came back this week and was pleased to see some large improvements - a couple of the fairways were completely re-soded and the greens were in better shape. Some of the tee boxes were worked on - but there is still some work to be done. I'm just glad to see the improvements and hope they fill in the pot-hole throughout the course.
Course needs to be closed for repairs
This course is so beat up it’s ridiculous. Majority of the tee boxes are dried up, floppy loose re-sod, or both. The fairway on hole #7 is entirely made up of rolls of sod.
If I had known this course was in this condition, I would have played somewhere else. The course has no business being open while so many holes are beat up or under repair.

not happy with conditions
tee boxes need work. ground was exreamly hard and fairway grass way to short .. understand watering is costly but it was like hitting off the ground.
play this course twice a year. this was the first time this year....not sure I will return.

Westwood
Slow play probably because of 8-minute tee times. A lot of first-time golfers. slow play. Rained after 6 holes had to stop.

Fun day
Even though I didnt play well today the staff was great as usual. Some places I've played this year the staff were rude and disrespectful. Always a pleasure playing here. Course was in good shape.

Banged up a bit
The course needs a little maintenance in all areas, from tee boxes through greens - not sure what you can blame it on because many other courses are in bad shape, but also many are in really good shape ?

course needs work
some of the greens were bald - all the fairways needed work from erosion and bald fairways and many spots had pot holes - the cart paths were terrible with potholes and roots bulging through - many tee boxes were in poor shape (not level and very little grass.

Westwood
Westwood is one of my favorite local courses. It’s almost always in great shape but looks like it got hit pretty hard by the recent hurricane that passed through our area 2 weeks ago. Buy it looks like they are working hard to get it back to normal conditions.
It is still very playable. Also always reasonably priced.

5:44 Tee Time and Couldn’t Finish 9
So I booked a 5:44 tee time after work in hopes to get at least 12-13 holes in. Wasn’t warned that they were almost a half hour behind schedule. When we finally tee’d off at 6:15 thought we would start moving, but still waited another half hour to tee off on the second hole. Definitely won’t be going back here any time soon until they get their pace of play better.

Don’t play here
So this was my second time playing here this season. First time, right after quarantine, the course was in decent shape for a 52 dollar round. Today, not so much. They have gotten tons of water recently, but that wasn’t the problem. Every tee box and fairway barely had any grass. Greens were awful. I would say it was worth it early in the season, but I will probably not be playing this course again in my life.

Mediocre Course
Course was in pretty poor condition. They did seem to be doing work to one of the tee boxes. A lot of the holes had sand in the tee box as well as crab grass. The rough had a lot of patches and was tough to hit out of at some points. Green was alright on some holes. Carts were alright. Course moved fast as there wasn’t a ton of people playing. Free water bottles at 9 was a plus. For the money it’s an okay course but wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.

Horrible Pace.
Solid course. Horrible pace. Not worth dishing out the money to wait. Much better pace available and comparable courses in the area.
The course has been in better shape
I really love this course,it's usually in excellent shape. but today it was in really poor shape. The greens were really scuffed up and several fairways were pretty sparse . probably recent heat waves, and yesterdays severe weather in addition to heavy play all contributed to today's condition. Hopefully the management will be able to bring it back up to par.

Poor tee time management.
This course always seems to play the longest rounds with us banking a 4:47 this time. The last two times we played there it took well over five hours. Course in fair shape.
