I could have shot a better round but being inside for 2 weeks showed how much rust I was playing with.

Course was in great shape considering the heat and lack of rain. Groundskeepers were busy watering greens and lowering the rough to make it playable for all skills. Still need to rework the 12th tee box. Not favorable for duffers to hit the fairway, we decided to go from the Yellow tee box.

Great round enjoyed by my foursome. I really recommend this course if you’re in the area.

with a little TLC I believe this course could be a fun course and rated much higher. there were some spots on the course that were very rough and bumpy, and it wouldn't take much to fix - just wondering if the owners are going to address the problem.

Westwood does a great job keeping course in good shape and good play pace.

Booked first tee times to find out they let others in front of us. Starter became annoyed when asked why this was occuring. Then told us it was because they were members. Watch out if they have their league play ongoing as well since that will hold your round up. Need a cart person traversing the course. Half-way house wasnt open when we made the turn.

Played the course with my son on Friday June 26th. We booked a 1:04 tee time a week in advance but were pushed to 1:12 by starter, I suppose because they wanted to match us with another twosome arriving later. Our twosome arrived 1;13 and were told they couldn't play. We could see them from the 1st tee as they started to practice their putting while we waited! Suddenly someone told them they could play but had to pay first. We were kept waiting 25 minutes while things were sorted out with no apologies. When our group was on the 3rd hole, a staff member came out to apologize to the guys who were late and gave them credits for 2 free rounds!

Later in the round, as we were putting, we were almost hit by 3 slices from a nearby tee box. The greens are uncomfortably unsafe from nearby tee boxes on several holes.

As we were pitching onto a green, music blasted from a foursome ahead of us. They attached a wireless speaker to their cart and loudly played music as we were trying to play our shots. No marshals on the course to keep people in line.

Overall we finished 45 minutes later than planned and were deeply disappointed in the staff disorganization. We will not be returning.

Their slogan should be "Westwood; What virus?"

The woman in the pro shop checking me in was not wearing a mask, and looked at me like I was the schmuck for wearing one. I asked for a cart, she said "Two to a cart". When my playing partner checked in, he also asked. Her reply was "Four players, two carts". It was made pretty clear she had an agenda to push. I'm pretty sure she's the spawn of the old owners. She certainly had the attitude of the lady who used to rule over this place.

There were rakes around the bunkers, and the plugs they had in the holes last time (like two weeks ago) had been removed. Two more clear violations of the state executive order.

The course is in decent shape. I've probably played here a hundred times over the last twenty years, but I think I'll find somewhere else.

Nice layout in good condition with very challenging multi-level greens.

We arrived an hour early for our tee-time but were delayed almost a half hour due to starter's

Decision to pair us with 2 golfers who were late. Tee boxes are close to greens from different holes so we were almost hit several times with errant tee shots while we were putting. No marshalls so young golfers ahead of us were blasting music from their portable speaker in their cart. Just seemed unorganized.

Played the course today and I also played it last weekend. It's in fantastic shape and I love the open layout. I golf early so the snack shop wasnt open, but pace of play was good and conditions were impressive. A couple greens had minor damage but you could tell they have been putting time into the course.

Arrived. Cashier found my Golf Now reservation quickly and told me I had to pay, even though I paid on the app at the time of reservation. Turns out, it seems I didn’t pay, but the cashier in the pro shop did not have any desire to help me figure that out. Granted, it’s Father’s Day weekend, so I’ll give it a small pass.

Ranger hovered over us and badgered is to play faster, even though the course was entirely overbooked and we tee’d off almost 35 minutes past our tee time. Once we got about 7 holes in things loosened up, only for the skies to open up and give us a terrible hailstorm, ending the day. (No fault of the course, of course) After which, about 200 guys stood around in a bunch not wearing masks...waiting I suppose to get back on the course which was completely unplayable from the 45 minute deluge of rain that just fell. Alcohol policy is a bit lame. It’s a public course...you should allow people to BYOB. Course was in good shape however. I’ll end on a positive note.

Now off to see if I was double charged...
