Not great
Played on Friday morning. Due to lack of rain in the area the fairways, if you want to call them that, were hard and gave the ball some legs. Like I said before, the fairways are in rough shape, a lot of dead grass and dirt patches. If you did manage to get around greens they must've missed a mowing at some point during the week. It is a 9-hole course that you can play 18 on from different tees. A staff issue I did not like was that coming around to the turn, we were told by the ranger to speed it up. Now we were finishing the front 9 in just around 2 hours. I thought that was pretty good timing wise, then at 11, he came back out and told us to speed it up again. Not sure if the course books tee times a few minutes apart, but maybe the club house should open prior to the first tee times arriving. Food for thought. It is not an easily walkable course, and more than likely I probably won't go back.
Highlands Country Club
The course plays well and is true to slope, had a blast playing here. Pace of play was extremely quick on a Monday which doesn’t say much for weekend play but was able to play as fast or slow as I wanted. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, will be returning in the future.
Only 9-hole course with a very short layout.
I never expected it to be only a 9-hole course when I paid for 18 holes.
I had to play the 9-hole course twice, and the layout was very short.
It’s more suitable for beginners or just for fun, not for serious golfers.
Also, the fairway condition was not good — it was very wild.
A goofy course
Not worth
More than $25.00 for 18 with a cart. I won’t be back.
Its obvious that the golf course is an afterthought at this
Country club.
Poor course condition
The course was so poorly maintained that one cannot tell the difference between fairway and rough. Also due to lack of maintenance, there are unusually large amount of bugs around.

The course is in a very poor condition. You can’t tell the difference between fairway and rough. Also due to the lack of maintenance, there were lots of bugs everywhere.
Repeat golfer here
I come here every year, usually multiple times. They did some fairway work on the second hole and got rid of some flooding. Course is great, shame it’s only a 9 hole but it does the job.
Nice & Enjoyable! Recommended!
A nice enjoyable 9 hole (x2) course for 'some beginners' & intermediate players. Golf / Common Sense Etiquette ('Fore', 'Sorry'....) is sometimes in short supply.
Recommendation: If it's warm day and not in good shape, rent a cart........
Super nice, accommodating staff!
Great time
Nice short course that is very good for beginners.
