Fantastic greens

This course has some of the best greens in central NY. The course is not long from the tips (6,340 yards) but plays longer since it is a par 70. Golfers will pull most clubs from the bag which is a compliment to the course architect. A great layout with three sets of tees for every level of golfer. Great value for such a nice course. Highly recommend.

Back again

I had played the course for the first time last week. Played from the men's tees (6066 yds). 6K is my usual cut off point, but I thought I would try it. Bad decision on my part. Played the yellows (senior men's - I'm 70+) and did much better. Still had some LONG holes that are difficult to reach in regulation.

Tough

Very tough course. VERY long par 5's (546 and 576), long par 3's and 4's too. More hilly than I expected given it is east of the mud puddle known as Oneida Lake. Greens were VERY fast. If you were above the hole there was not way for you to putt and have a chance.

Hilly Fun!

Course in great shape! Fast greens set in wonderful hilly terrain. Great walking exercise, but take a cart when it's warm.

Challenging for all from all tees, but fair in it's layout. Good risk/reward possibilities requiring course management efforts.
