Broadacres Golf Club is situated in southern Rockland County on the border between New York and New Jersey. Its convenient location allows for easy access from both states and it's only a 20-minute ride from midtown Manhattan. The golf course has nine holes with an alternate set of tees for an 18-hole round. The layout sprawls across rolling hills dappled with towering oak trees. The golf course incorporates a variety of elevation changes that range from subtle to dramatic. With narrow, tree-lined fairways and undulating greens, accuracy will serve you well on this course. You'll face several doglegs and there are strategically placed bunkers fiercely guarding the greens. Broadacres Golf Club's signature third hole is one of the toughest holes in the area. This par 3 plays up a steep hill to an undulating green.

Great round!
Course is a hidden gem, in pretty decent shape. Only comment is the overhanging trees need to be trimmed up (blocking approaches on many holes, requiring finesse).
Pace is always a little on the slower side given the lax vibe but wasn't horrible.
Golf cart
I paid for green fee and cart as well.
But the course condition was not allowed the cart, only allowed push cart.
I did not bring my own cart, so I had to pay for the renting the push cart fee.
The club should rent the push cart without any fee, cause I already paid the cart fee.
decent municipal course...

Poor maintenance
I would not come back. The guy at the pro shop was not friendly at all. The course was poorly kept. There was geese poop everywhere, a fallen tree in a fairway, and the sand traps were flooded.
Great course
The course and staff are both great. Very friendly and helpful.
