Great Executive Style 18 Hole Course 4700 yards
This is a short course that attracts beginners and intermediate players. I played after a torrential rain the night before. As expected the traps were flooded like every other course. The drainage was great with a few problem areas, just like high end courses. I love this course. I play in the middle of the week and I usually finish in under 3 hours..
The off course restaurant which is located in the shared parking lot is J & R Steakhouse which has a great lunch menu with fair prices.
Pay for what you get
If you want a cheap course that you play Quik this is your course. More of a long pat 3/ par 4.
Lots of beginners do play could be slow.
Overall cheap and quick. But grounds need a lot of work.

Short but tight and challenging layout.
Played here several times this year already. Very short layout but highly challenging for all playing levels.
Low handicap players can leave their woods in the bag and practice their irons and putter on these short right holes with varying slopes and undulations
Greens in fantastic shape. Fast and challenging.
Tee boxes could use some leveling.
Major flaw is signs and directions lacking while moving from one hole to next. Often the next tee is a distance away and confusing to navigate without visual aids.
Maybe a ball washer or two along the track would be nice !
Don't let the yardage fool you. Where distance lacks, elevation changes , tree placements and speedy greens make up for it.

Poor layout
Conditions are really poor from the fairways to the greens. You are literally on top of one another. I enjoyed the day because I was with my daughter , the course was not very satisfying.

Condition
The course is in terrible condition and needs major improvement. Wouldn’t play it again

Great Price for Winter Golf
The course was in very good condition for December. The main area of improvement would be to cut down the overhanging tree branches that are blocking approach shots and par 3 shots. This course is owned by Brookhaven and is a great place to get out a d play.

Course
I've been playing here for over fifty years.I had stopped for awhile because course fell into disrepair.Who ever took over has made vast improvements. Played on a men's group this year,and was best condition I've seen in a long time.Some holes need better drainage and many tree limbs Need to be cut.All in all a fun course at good price.
Rolling Oaks
Course in good shape. Play was quick paced. Not many golfers. Par three fairways tight too many oak trees overhanging fairways taking away good shots from tee box
Staff very friendly. Price of 18 holes with cart very reasonable. j&R steakhouse located in front of parking lot making it easy to grab lunch
