Rolling Oaks Golf Course

Short round course, many of far3 holes.

It was okay for beginners.

Short, narrow course is good for both seasoned players as well as beginners. There are a lot of hackers out there as a result, so be ware. Attention needs to be given to some of the worn tee boxes and bunkers. Greens were in good condition and running well.

I’ve played this course multiple times as it is convenient and the price is fair. One frustration is the tree branches that hang over the fairway. Many times you appear to hit a great shot only to have it hit a branch and it sends your ball in a different direction.

The worst golf course on Long Island. The only purpose it serves is for beginner golfers that want to take there time learning how to play. Greens are awful and for some reason constantly aerated.

I love this course. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The course is in much better condition than its been in previous years. I would recommend this course to everyone and I have already told all my friends to try it out.

Course overall was amazing, loved playing on it, only problem I had was the greens, greens were beat to shreds, very runny. The grass could be trimmed lower, as when you hit out of the fairway or sometimes in the fairway the grass was too high to make solid contact with the ball. Overall I liked the course, and I’ll definitely be coming back to play again.

I don't know who manages this but something to be fixed. I booked a threesome at 3;50 3 days in advance to arrive at the course and told that I can only play 9 holes because the last time to book 18 holes is 3:30....... Either GolfNow has to change tee times availability for this course or Rolling Oaks has to tell GolfNow to not allow people to book 18 holes from 3:40 on wards. Very very frustrating getting to the course to only play 9 holes.
