good condition for drought on Long Island
I have played here in the past; always a rate bias for the municipality residents. Although the pace of play was slow, waiting to teeoff on every hole, the course was in above average condition. Some new red tees were added since my last round and that change made holes reachable in regulation.
Just to dam long to play
Love this course paired up with 2 nice people with my wife and I great day but 5 hour round something is wrong
SMITHTOWN LANDING
will never return. A SIX HOUR ROUND IS INSANE. what else is there to say ?

Pace was great. Greens were fast. Which I liked. Great layout. Overall it was amazing.

Course was in good condition, but a little dry due to the fact that we’ve had little rain this summer. Fairways in great shape. Some tee boxes were quite worn. Nice renovations to the main rest rooms in the central house. Nice to have a refreshment and restroom station at hole #4. Pace of play was very good for a summer Friday- 4 hrs 15 min. $51 is a bit high to pay to walk… $40 or $45 would be better.

Never had a bad experience playing this course. From check in to final putt experience at course is always top notch.

One of the better public courses out there. Very well maintained, and the staff is the best.

It was fabulous.
It was fabulous to play smithtown landing GC. I love to go and play there, Unfortunately they close on Monday when I am off. Coming Monday it is open, I made a reservation and I am excited.
