Played there many times and every time feeling good. Low twilight rate but wonderful playing with the nice layout and tricky greens

Greens are bumpy and u even also hard told incoming shots; fairways reasonable; tee boxes uneven and always on a slope.

The course backs up to what I think it’s a sewage plant or some type of plant that makes a couple of holes in the back hard to play. We played here the week of the Ryder cup since it was so hard to find a tee time that week. Also the lady attending the window at the halfway house was also the bartender inside and she seemed very annoyed to have to do both. They do take good care of the course so credit to them there but the smell will probably keep me from coming back. This was my second time playing here and the smell was there both times.

Got paired with 3 other people. One was a good player, the other 2 were not. 15 of the greens were in the best shape ever. Smooth and fast. Same for the fairways. 3 or 4 holes are subject to flooding so those holes can be a little ratty. The bunkers have a ton of pebbles and rocks in them. Teed off at 10:10 and finished at 2:30, despite setting a worlds record for most tee shot mulligans in a round. Yikes!

When I got to the course I was mt by a sign that said 2 holes were wiped out by Hurricane Erin. After the 18th hole you can go back and play holes 1 and 18 again. With a full tee sheet you can imagine the chaos on holes 1 and 18! This caused a 30 minute delay on the first hole. Why not say we are down to 16 holes today because of flooding from Erin. Reduce the greens fees, offer a rain check and move on. 2 and three groups on every tee led to a long and torturous round. Was hoping things would improve on the back. I left after the 10th hole.Next time just offer those options and move on! I heard from one of the starters that people were showing up without tee times and were let out,despite no tee time openings! Brutal!

Greens in great shape, pace of play was good, fairways were not great , rough was horrible, mostly dirt and hardpan. Price for non resident a little high based on course conditions

Some simple fixings. More yardage markers , big one is cart paths are terrible so are the traps, not maintained at all.

Course was not in good condition. Pace of play was very slow. Would not be going back any time soon.

Greens were good. Fairways and rough a little spotty but if greens are good I can overlook that. The layout is fun with nice variety of holes . Ocean breeze kept it comfortable. Staff all around excellent!

Years ago this was a sand pit. Horrible. Since Tim took over the course management it has become a terrific place to play. Greens are perfect. Fairways beautifully manicured. Some pin placements make shots difficult. I enjoy playing here. I play often.
