Confused!
I’ve looked everywhere for a contact number on this subject, but I couldn’t find one. I have a $250 Golf Now gift voucher that your system wouldn’t allow me to use. It clearly shows my credit is on my account. At checkout after hitting “ Pay with Gift Card” it kept on reverting to my Credit Card on file.
I booked my course, Forrest Hills. I arrived at the course and still ended up paying $54 out of pocket to play! My digital receipt says a total of $37 was due at the course. I was charged the $37 + $21 -$58
The people at the course say I only reserved my Tee Time, not pay for my greens fee or the cart.
This is maddening to say the least.
Why do I bother having a $250 gift card on my account that does not take care of all lof the fee’s incurred to play a round of golf?
How do I get credited back for this, how do I use my Gift card which is clearly added on my account??
Please help me to understand where I went wrong!

My favorite golf course
I always love playing at forest park golf course and I recommend to everyone to give it a try and see how you like playing here.
Early around
Forest Park course is in good shape. Greens were aerated but playable. Tee boxes repaired last year were terrific. We enjoyed our round.
Forest Park in early Spring
Greens are in pretty good shape and overall course as well for early april.
Slow pace
We were backed up after 2 holes on a Sat. They need a marshal to speed up play. Tee boxes have improved since 2 yr ago.
What a vibe.
Love this place. So blessed to have this as my home course.
They don’t care
This course features NO marshal to speed up play even when it’s obvious who the culprits are. No benches, no ball washers and no differentiating flagstick colors so you know where the pin placement is. Other than that it’s great.
Subject: Request for Compensation Due to Course Closure
Dear GolfNow Customer Support,
I recently signed up for a GolfNow membership after receiving a message stating that I could book discounted tee times. Upon signing up, I immediately made a reservation for January 25, 2025. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the golf course was closed, making it impossible for me to play.
This unexpected closure resulted in a significant waste of my time and resources, including travel expenses and toll fees. Given these circumstances, I kindly request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and losses incurred.
I trust that GolfNow values its customers and will address this matter fairly. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.
