Greens
Greens were in poor condition. Don’t know when the greens were aerated but putting them was difficult.

LOVE this course
Of all the Westchester County courses, Mohansic is far and away the best. The course is always in great shape, the pace is never slow and the staff is always friendly.

Unbelievably SLOW PLAY
Unbelievably SLOW play, Group in front of us had 2 holes open in front of them and we waited on every shot. They spent at least 10 minutes on every putting green
No rangers to be found
When one did show up and I told him the situation he said “they are having a match”......

First time @ Mohansic
Great course. Throughout the course there were area’s of rough spots/no grass but 95% of these area’s were out of play anyways. The greens were in superb condition. They would have been top tier phenomenal if people learned how to properly fix their pitch marks. The tee shots were fairly straight forward, not too many hazards in play. Approach shots to the green were tough on most holes due to elevation or slopes on the green. Having played all westchester county public courses I would say this was hands down the best. I really enjoyed it and can’t wait to go back.

Pace of play
This review covers all golfers. Please don’t bring golfers who you know don’t play well to a course on a weekend prime time to play. Bring them later in day or during week Not fair to people who keep the pace of play and work all week

The course is great condition, although the greens were a bit slow today after yesterday’s rain. Great layout; the best of the Westchester County courses.

Big improvements!
The course is in very good condition considering all the rain we are having.
There has been a lot of brush cleared making it easier to locate a wayward shot and this helps to keep the pace moving.
Fairways and greens are in very nice condition. The greens are not overly fast and roll true. There are several holes that need a well placed drive or you will need to have some great recovery shots in your repitoir to salvage a good score.
The price is fair and the staff are friendly.
Tee it high and let fly.

Nice course
As a beginner this was a great course. Nice and wide open. Tough to lose a ball. Get ready to practice driving and using your 4 and 5 irons.
