Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort

The Links is a fun, challenging course. Lots of water in play but it doesn’t make it impossible to play. Well maintained, great greens and friendly staff.

For February the course was in good condition, service was excellent as usual.

We finished at 5:15. The pro shop was closed and everything was locked. We had to use the employee restroom. Y

White tees were very good distance to 18 handicapper. Course layout was very good providing challenging holes mixed with more manageable ones. Greens were pretty slow but given it is their off season, reasonable. Group in front of us was very slow and should have been addressed by the staff.

Course layout is nice and easy to play. There were a few areas that were a little wet but for this time of year not terrible.

The course is challenging as ever, in very good shape for this time of year and the greens were wonderful. Very impressed with the sand traps as well because they were wet and the sand was soft. Will be back. Highly recommend this course.

We played as a twosome, first golfers to tee off. Temperatures were high 40’s at 7:30 am. Greens were in great shape but a bit slow. Fairway grasses were still tan/brown but gave lots of roll if ball was kept low. Temps warmed up by the 3rd hole enough to shed a layer.

Excellent day of golf. Course was awesome, cart girls the best ever..
