Hi Martin - I get the chicken wing position with my left elbow after impact, usually coupled with a static torso and hips through the hitting area. Do you have any specific exercises I could do with the ball to help improve my connectivity and turn through the hitting area?

Martin, this is great, I am going to go pick up one of these from your website now. I always have issues with getting full distance and I have watched videos of myself and I separate my arms and "chicken wing". Hopefully this will help. Thanks for always having the best tips!
