Randall, love all of your content! I've actually tried something like this before and I can't remember if I heard it from one of your other videos, but I usually try to engage my core by tightening my abs before I even start the backswing and continue through the downswing. I feel like when I do this, I get a better shoulder turn and get more power. Does this sound right?

The importance of compression is well known but this explanation of the sequence and how to compress in a swing makes it so simple for me. Thank you. I found that I can initiate the compression with a simple exhale.

Randall, Like this tip and will try to incorporate tightening / flexing my abs at the top of my backswing. Your drive on this video seems practically effortless and smooth. Do you recommend this when you also hit irons shots?
