Thank you Sir. Great tip and explanation. Can I ask a question from a very interested fan? Is this the bone just behind the "ball of the foot"? The ball of the foot I know as the "metatarsal" because I had pain in it back in the day when I was a runner. i can feel the ball of the foot on the inner foot when I practice your tip and it is a very solid grounded feeling. And is medial cuneiform tarsel located just behind (looking from the toes) the ball of the foot? Just trying to get a plan english thought in my head. I can really feel the ball pressing down and I think I feen the mct extending from it as I press down. Does that make sense Sir? I appreciate you. BKR in LA

Terrific tip: well presented and simple. One question about pressure on the toes: do you keep the pressure off the toes throughout the swing until the follow through?
