Daily Video Tips

Thanks Randall, early extension may be one of my problems. I tried this right pelvic action in my swing yesterday. I had some good results. I am 81 and still learning.
Thanks for the tip Randall. Are there any specific drills you would suggest while trying to train my hips to make this adjustment? Any added thoughts or specific video drills would be great to have.
perfect
Hi Randall, get video on early extension & golf fitness. I recently passed the PGA PAT at 65 yrs young. I have moderate to severe osteoporosis & contemplating Hip surgery. I just turned 68 & my game has gone to you know what..! I would like to try PT & better fitness routine but when fatigued the pain is a 10…! Thanks, for the great Golf Pass Tips they are extraordinary..! TY, Bobby
Great tip! Thank you!!
What about adjusting the width of your feet to control the length of your backswing? You can then use the toe of the back foot as the limit. Widening and narrowing both feet keeps the stance even but the wider you are, the longer the swing so the ball goes further and vice versa. Obviously there is a limit which will vary because of the speed of the green and any slopes. These can be determined on the practise green using several holes and lies. For a 6 foot putt you may only need a narrow stance if the greens are quick. Vice versa for slow ones so very long putts won’t work. One thing to consider is that, as the stance gets wider, the putter gets nearer to the ground so some adjustment of the grip may be necessary between a short and a long putt. You’ll still need to read the line but having some idea of the pace means you can be better able to get the ball past the hole ruling out the current scourge of lag putting and the plethora of NUNIs that this generates.
``one oath cleanest explanations about early extension.....thank you"
I have been experiencing this, so I'll focus on the Right hip to see what happens.
