Shifting pressure into your lead side is great; sliding into it is not! Try this foam roller drill from Nathalie Sheehan to promote proper lead leg movement in the swing.

This is one of my biggest issues especially with the driver. I'm sliding forward causing the face to be open and push a lot of my shots to the right. To fix it I consciously try to keep my head behind the ball on my downswing. On the backswing sometimes I slide too much instead of turning. Suggestions ??
Any suggestions for someone with a lead leg injury where the pushing off is a weakness?
Can that be causing me to chunk if not doing it properly in other words if I am gettiing my hips out ahead of my body?
Great tip, thank you
That term "Post Up"? I never knew what they meant before, I was faking it til I was making it? So thanks for that, I've got something to work on here!
