Hi David, you need a new laptop or smart phone. The older model equipment does not work well as the content creators are using higher resolution graphics than the older computers. The site downloads just fine and fast for me with an HP Ryzen Laptop with 4 GB Ram, AMD Radeon Graphics, and 128 GB Storage
